I added to a gym that had recently been taken over by my team at 1 am, took me forever to get a pokemon in because my guys are all weaklings. But I finally did it, and collected my 10 coins. An hour later and the lvl 5 gym had already been defeated. :<

Am I missing out by not trying to press gyms? What if I don't want to be the very best, like no one ever was? What if catching them is my quest, and training them I could take or leave?

My local gym is built on Theodore Roosevelt's grave. Quite literally.

There's a 500 cp voltion sitting on it from a level 12 trainer, but I'm only level 5 with a 200cp parasect. Nothing I can do about that

every gym around me has at least a single 1000+ cp pokemon defending it

I am completely out of pokeballs, both regular and great. This growlithe will be able to spend his life un poked.

So as far as I can tell, of the 151, the only Pokémon that haven't been found yet are Ditto and the 5 Legendaries, I think?

I think I've heard that Ditto is confirmed to be in 10km eggs, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

I had a jellyfish come out of my 10km egg. Was a bit disappointing.

This makes it much easier to play the game without having to turn data on. I may manage to one day have good enough Pokémon to turn data on and challenge a gym. Just need to catch a Pokemon at 18 past the hour every hour and I'll do it from within bed. Plus a few other spawns I reach on the WiFi

To all those with bad Pokestop locations, you can now request new Pokestops and Gyms.

I went to that form to do that and it didn't give an option to request a new location.
