You see, the problem there is there's no incentive for distad to kill a townie if you aren't lying. He can either tie or win by killing you; likewise, you can either tie or win by killing him. But if he kills a townie, he can only tie or lose; therefore the correct play is for you two to kill each other. Furthermore, I point to the site-wide rules that state:

Play to win the game.

Therefore your attempts to not go for your win condition and instead tie are illegal.

So really, win conditions have nothing to do with it.

Ah, but you do realize that technically speaking (in any situation like this), it should be ruled a double-loss in mafia-SK endgame (each kills other) as opposed to a tie? So you essentially have win-lose or lose-lose. Pick your poison.

Furthermore, distad, why would you want to share a loss with Oman anyways, especially when you could win by lynching him?

Also, when you do the smart thing and hammer Oman, you will probably be forced to make a night choice as a formality; can you kill scot plz? I never get endgamed
