"Bitches" in Fritz's title should not be looked upon as degrading to women. That's a gross misrepresentation of what he uses the word for. I really fail to see what's so offensive about having that word be in his title. It's not a swear word unless it's used to offend someone. Fritz uses it in jest, not to insult. Therefore it's not a swear word.

Slightly OT, but I've only ever seen 1 game where a mod actually went around forcing the players to stay censored in their posts. I'm sure I've missed a few, but I've seen a lot of games. It's hardly

Um, there were reasons other than the swear word for me suggesting that change. (Munchkin gives extra alliteration and also has a double meaning involving both max's age and the concept of Munchkin in the context of RPG's.)
I feel "Mish-Mash Strumpet" or possibly "Mish-Mash Madame" would be an effective compromise here. (I prefer "strumpet" myself)

Titles however, have no context to those who are not "in" with the joke/theme/whatever. I honestly don't understand what it means in relation to Fritz, so you cannot say it wouldn't be considered degrading to some people. Would it be acceptible if someone who was known (by a few people here) to breed champion roosters had the title "likes cocks"?
just posting to say i've changed my mind, and i don't like 'bitches' as Fritzler's title... HH made a good point when he said the context can't be determined just by reading the title which nullifies my 'depends on context' statement... also, i don't think it's in the best interest of the community to have it as a title...

Absolutely. In fact, I'd love for your title to be "loves cocks."

Yes, but the word Bitches in and of itself would have no connotation to those people outside of the loop. It's not like the title is "I hate bitches" or "You're all bitches" or "I rape bitches" or anything else with a negative way to read it. "likes cock" definitely can be read as having a negative connotation to it. "Bitches" as a word doesn't have an out-of-context problem like that.
By the way, Fritz ends a lot of his posts with "Bitches." It's a schtick for him, and it's far more current than "more /in than you"

Um...You didn't touch my logic at all in the rest of my post, in addition to trying to pretend that the language had nothing to do with it, even though it did. Just because there are other, weak rationalizations behind something doesn't mean that the primary justification wasn't the language. The primary issues raised against it had to do with it being too strong for a title. Thirdly, it's just a way worse title.
Seriously? Because "Mish Mash Munchkin" is a way better title. In fact, I'd say it's one of the cleverest titles on the site, given that it combines the two things I associate with Max (in a meaningful way) and sounds good to boot.
Other than that, I'm really apathetic about this whole thing.

On the contrary, "Bitches" has all sorts of connotations for most people; I'm not sure how you can argue otherwise, unless you're AniX. And nice hetero-centric bias on 'negativeness' of "likes cock", MoS.
