Following a rapid heated argument, the crowd wastes no time in coming to another majority.
Hoping that it would be more successful than their last, they waste no time in dragging WhiteLight to the stand.
Or at least they try, but it proves difficult because there's nothing corporeal to string up. It's a rainbow.
'Stop resisting arrest!' screams the angry executioner as he attempts to force the unwilling radiation to face its maker.
The rainbow does not say anything in its own defense but merely beams at everyone.
After a series of failed propositions involving a series of levers and pullies and even a vacuum cleaner, the crowd grows frustrated.
While some among them suggest that they lynch the useless executioner instead, most hold fast in their desire to be rid of the rainbow.
Finally, the executioner remembers that rainbows are born from refracted light in falling water and they come up with a plan to absorb all the water.
This kills the rainbow, and as it fades, the group feels another burden lift from their backs.
WhiteLight was Rainbow,
Willbreaker Voteless Investigation-Immune Loyal Asceticizing Doctor Posthumous Double Day
.
Spoiler: Role PM
All of us under its spell, we know that its probably magic~
A rainbow is a visual phenomena brought about by the reflection, refraction, and dispersion of light due to water droplets resulting in a spectrum of light appearing in the sky. They are usually seen in the sky when it was raining but the sun is out, but can also be seen from other sources of water such as sprinklers and fountains. Rainbows have been a cultural symbol for millennia; symbolizing various things from God's covenant in Christian teachings not to again flood the earth to the bridge Bifrost spanning the gap between the world of men and gods in Norse mythology. In recent times, rainbows have become a symbol of LGBTQ+ rights, particularly for lesbians, gays, and bisexuals. They are sometimes seen in stories and songs as having mystical powers, such as in songs Rainbow Connection and Somewhere Over the Rainbow, and are taught to children as a protective force in meditation.
Because you are an impermanent, fleeting visual phenomenon produced by tricks of light, you do not have a vote and will be endgamed when the rest of your faction dies. However, you will appear to have a vote and your vote will appear to be counted on votecounts. The spell of the rainbow will subvert the efforts of any Cop role who investigates you, giving them a Team Free Will result on you. You are able to protect one of your teammates with the power of the rainbow each night, asceticizing and protecting them; this action will fail if it targets town. Finally, if you are lynched or killed, your death will grant town a double day immediately after.
You are a Rainbow. You are a Voteless Investigation-Immune Loyal Asceticizing Doctor Posthumous Double Day.
Transient (Voteless): You are not actually corporeal and your votes count for nothing. However, you appear to be corporeal and will be seen to vote so on votecounts. If the last remaining member of your faction, you will be endgamed.
All of us under its spell (Investigation-Immune): Any player trying to investigate you will be diverted by a pot of gold, giving them a false negative.
Rainbow Protection (Loyal Asceticizing Doctor): Every night you may target one player, asceticizing and protecting them. If you target someone not aligned with you, your action will fail.
Somewhere Over the Rainbow (Double Day): If you are ever lynched or night killed, town will gain an extra day immediately following your death.
You are aligned with the Willbreakers, and win when Team Free Will has been removed or nothing can stop this from happening.
As the rainbow finishes its slow fade out, it explodes in a burst of White Light, giving town the light to face another day.
Emboldened by their success, they rally together once again and put themselves back to the test of sifting out scum.
2019 stats: Town WR 76.7%, overall WR 81.667%, 1 scum defeat involving a major mod error in lylo vs 8 scum wins.
Assuming we have a 3 scum team, Ranger is confirmed town. Due to our informed claim, final scum is confirmed to be in Ircher, Arabella, Yume, and ourselves (under the condition the claim is fake).
So yeah, I see now reason not to lynch Ircher now.
If it's 2 scum left, that means Ranger/Arabella or something to that effect is possible but regardless we have a mislynch available.
Again though the way Ranger played that bothers me so much. I get that Ircher should be the lynch today but Ranger feels sketch. I mean, she has the balls to claim alignment cop with knowledge of a Godfather right as the day ends without even outting her actions, and then it just so happens that the person we lynch is a Godfather that skips the night phase? What a coincidence >_> just saying..
From neighbourhood stuff, I'm much happier with yume being town and ircher being scum. Ircher did not engage at all with us, and yume did something hella protown.
Final words from me, as I'm pretty sure I am dying tonight (unless there are some more double-day shenanigans)
I am Lily Evans, town neighbor bodyguard Seraph Knight. When I die, the last person I bodyguarded is kill-immune for the rest of the game. Also, if Ircher flips town, lynch the poster above me for safety.
