Dragonmaster: What is the use of staying awake with your role? You say you can look around town, but what's the use of that?

Unvote: Dragonmaster
for now.

I can look around town, and sometimes I'll see things around town. My chances are slim though.
There are many things to remember in this life, unfortunately, I remember none of them.

Your chances of what, exactly, are slim? Seeing things? Seeing things accurately? Seeing something that would make staying up all night worthwhile?

In my opinion, the best night to have tried out your ability, if you're telling the truth, was night one. You're new enough that you probably wouldn't have been a target of role blockers/scum and I'm rather surprised that you chose to stay home just so you can vote today --
especially
when you don't seem all that keen to actually place one. One more thing keeping me from getting completely on board with your story is that, in my experience, newer players are usually pretty eager to try out any ability they've been given. That you'd rather snooze than sightsee just doesn't ring true.

I'll keep my vote where it is.

Very good point, MeMe. Also, why did you not tell us about this in the initial role claim?

Plus a slim chance of seeing 'something' seems a rather poor trade for the ability to vote, IMO.

I think I'll
Vote: Dragonmaster
for now.

If the chances of dm's role actually working are as "slim" as he describes them, then it's worth taking the chance of lynching an investigative role to test what I believe to be a false roleclaim. Vote stays.

Hello. I apologize for my absence from this game. I, too, have a lot of trouble believing dragonmaster. But as JDTAY says, I'm going to give him one last chance. If I'm not satisfied, I'll add my vote to the pile.

Someone investigate JDTAY -- that "maybe

Dude, if the cops all investigate the same person, that decreases their chances of finding mafia. One person can't just tell them all to investigate the same person. For all we know, that person could be mafia intentionally leading the cops away from the mafia. We should all have a general agreement that a person should be investigated before the cops let it affect their choice in any way.

Dude
- that's so true...

...but all you've done is to address the impracticality of my suggestion in general, when it'd be prudent (and natural for a town role, I might add) to also explain why I'm wrong about you, no?

I'm not new to the game of amfia. I may be new to the mafiascum website. I chose to sleep because day one can be critical to a townies survival frm lynching. I needed to be able to vote in order to save my skin. I know how paranoid people get in these games. They start looking really closely to a post, and reading into things that aren't there. That's exactly whats happening here. I haven't voted because everybody is bent on lynching me, and everyting they say is in regards to me.
However, JDTAY's post will break that no vote from me. I didn't like the sound of that.
The slimness of my seeing anything is slim to see who's doing what. I 'see' a number of people, but I don't know who's guilty or innocent.

The one only known as Mr. Heston (Dragonmaster) is surronded by the town. You're a liar bosts someone. Lets kill this homeless guy says another. So they hang him. With the snap of his neck a shotgun falls out of his pants. Yea we were right boasts the town. Then on checking his wallet they notice a membership to the NRA and a license showing he was in the army. "That doesn't seem like a killer" says someone "seems more like a
Vigilante
". Shit, maybe he thought we wouldn't believe him????

As the night went on
Walt-(Otaku)
drove around in his car. He had his eyes on someone and was ready to see what was happening. Too bad he decided to drive up undercover in his own car instead of taking the
Cop
car. An
unknown man (Quailman)
was hiding in the backseat ready to kill the officer. After stabbing Walt many times he jumped out of the car.....BAM.... The man falls bleeding to death.. All he can see is a shadowy figure. "Damn
psychopath
making us look like we're unprofessional." says the shadowy figure.

With 16 left living it is 9 to lynch!!!

2 Serial killers? Interesting.

Still, it looks like we can only expect one killing a night from here on in.

It looks like just bad luck on our part re Dragonmaster... we were right about his role being fake, but he concealed his true role for protown reasons rather than scum ones. Can't be helped now, though.
