My understanding of the gamestate based on what Nahdia told me is she wasn't globally town read (

nahdia scum read her during the night phase

when I asked for a break down of what was happening)

That made me come to the conclusion she was right about something and the kill was out of fear.
If she was right about something doesn't it make perfect sense for me to look at her top 2 scum reads?

I feel as though you are just making me type this because you want me to flip scum and get associations.

OK. At first beeboy said he wanted to check Titus (M&B), but I said no because I didn't think she's claim VT as a mafia power role. beeboy said she would but I ended up saying we should go elsewhere anyway, I asked if he'd read the game and said I didn't really wanna check them. I suggested Iecerint,

"out of fear". i let them pick because i really didn't feel strongly either way and he said go with ranger and I did.

Beeboy and Nahdia, I had this enormous post typed about from page 50. But first I want you to explain this discrepancy.

@Roshar I was mistaken earlier, it actually was me who mentioned Ranger originally. I said Iecerint or Ranger (I really couldn't tell you why) and Beeboy picked Ranger.

okay so i did a bit of meta-diving on aristophanes because i saw that buzzfeed mafia had ended and him being considered by gamma to be scumMVP had me curious.

was impressed by how he played there.

but i think there are subtle differences between his play there and here that makes me feel relatively comfortable with him being in my townpile still.
i think if he was scum, he would have been more comfortable giving me fake-reads instead of sitting on it for a while/reading first when i was bugging him about it. he didnt seem afraid to produce reads with a little reasoning behind them in buzzfeed so thats where im coming from on that.
its possible that me putting pressure on him might have produced artificial activity/increased effort in some fakereads if he were scum here, but im not leaning that way.

i also think him making an extensive case on iece and not just posturing on it is townish based on what i saw in buzzfeed. i dont think i really saw anything comparable there.
i might increase my sample size later just because most of my reads are kind of shriveling up due to apathy on my end and from other people.

certainly i feel very uncomfortable with the strength on both sides of the andro/RC arguments.
im really starting to get scared that RC shouldnt be in my townbin. and if it turns out andro is town, then RC's earlygame vacation is over.

i feel comfortable saying that beeboy reads as scum, but nahdia reads closer to nulltown.
basically hydras suck and im really starting to understand why people dislike them.
i want to metadive nahdia again. i tried to dive her once earlygame and didnt get much out of it. now that shes had this big reaction to being pushed, i really want to see if shes done something like this as scum before or if this is more of a common thing for her towngame.

other people that i want to metadive are probably iece, maru and maybe even not_mafia.

really gonna try to drop some solid effort into this game today/tomorrow.

At this point I feel like I've made a decent bit of progress solving the game and I'm more comfortable being lynched on the condition people consider my reads after I die.

I'd still ike to ISO Rosh and Maru when I'm a bit less lazy but I could easily end up incorrect on them since neither really interacted with my slot heavily.

If you're interested in meta diving me your best bets are Newbie 1686 and Micro 592 (Legend of Zelda). Unfortunately I was never seriously under a heavy push in either of them.

Oh and I know I've said so but to reiterate since Gork said something to the contrary; I think RC's read on my slot is genuine and I don't think he's scum trying to force through a mislynch. I guess I could be wrong but honestly I think the reasoning for heavily scumreading our slot is legitimate, unfortunately.

also, diving Ari confirms to some degree in my head that he feels a little more tentative as town than as scum and puts the legwork in before attaching meaning to reads.
im probably ruining my ability to read him in future games to some degree, but i feel relatively confident that hes town here.

and RC is definitely one of those players who i consider able to do so.

and the longer this andro wagon gets drawn out and his confidence stays at the same unwavering level, the more it feels like it could be artificial/him being afraid of pivoting rather than a genuine thing.

and im totally aware that me being open about this is probably going to cause frothing on both my end and RC's end, but im not gonna bottle up my reads out of fear of getting a headache.

Gork and RC are the only 2 I have very strong townreads on. Rosh is pretty close too.

I've played with RC a few times. RC never fakeclaims guilties as town unless 1) He's 100% sure the person is scum and 2) The situation is desparate enough for such action.
