I'm just puzzling out what we should do in the tangle that is going to be us trying to get to psuedo former germany at this point

Ani basically needs to build a fleet since the ground is occupied. And Mist's fleet should go to lyo then wes. I think moving all the fleets forward is a better idea then short term convoying. Lots more time to think about it I suppose.

One main difference from the rules given is in chaos diplomacy, you are allowed to build on any supply center you own, not just your home centre.
