None of the kills makes sense, but I am thinking its Tails over Sonic to be honest.
He was setting up mislynch on Phoenix, highly doubt its Kain. God that would be a troll game. Kind want him to win if he is scum lol.

I am so stumped on Scourge being still alive.. I think scum just really wanted a safe kill. Tails targetting yarrgami makes sense over Scourge too, cause then he can just say "I was healing scourge", couldn't do that in the reverse. We would call bs on that immediately.

gahhh, hindsight. i shouldn't have targeted Sonic when he announced publically who he was trying to roleblock. i actually forgot he said it in the thread. should have verified Tails or something, really.

Yarrrrgami just requested it, I never formally stated I would be following that direction.

To be fair, I requested it as well, and it was the only move that made sense.

If it's Sonic, he had a built in excuse for the kill. If it's Scourge, then the target claims are BS and easily fakable, since all his results match where we told Phoenix and Sonic to go. My problem with that one is that he'd bus Turtles, but it could have been a very sound decision. It could be Fire or Kain as an ascetic, but again, I just think the kill choices would have been different. And as for me...I'm kinda screwed by this endgame. And it depends on if you guys think I'd set up an endgame so inadvantageous for myself when I could have let Pirategami, Fire, and Scourge ignore the results of yesterday and eat each other alive.

Safest lynch is Sonic. If he's scum, then we win. If scum is ascetic, then his role is more a hindrance than a help. Scourge is potentially more useful, and I'd like to gamble and hope he's town here. And no matter what, I'm the largest thing standing between scum and their goal, as scum can't perform an action and kill on the same night.

Actually, I still have a use if the last scum is ascetic.

I block whichever of Fire and Kain we don't lynch, Scourge tracks THEM, and you protect Scourge.

If they move, they're ascetic and we lynch.

If not, it'd have to be either you or Scourge, and You're much more likely.


Having these results is important because toMorrow we can NOT mislynch. We need to be 100% certain who to lynch, if we miss toDay.

To that end, we should keep all three of us PRs alive, and lynch an alleged vanilla today.

Nope. If they're ascetic, and they'd have to be since both you and Phoenix blocked them, Scourge would be unable to track them. Which means that he'd be blind to you if you're scum. I'd be trapped by my claim as scum, which means that Scourge could easily catch me, or I'd be forced to out myself. An ascetic would be forced to kill me to keep Scourge in the dark. All in all, you're the best kill, as you still pose some semblance of a threat to town. Going into night with Fire, Kain, Scourge, and myself means that Scourge either confirms me as town or confirms one of us as scum. Either way, we're in a much better informed Lylo. Granted, Scourge-scum would enter holding all the cards, but that's something to ponder about later.

Still, he's been set up speccing the whole game, and incorrectly I might add. Mafia inherently has more information to set up spec with, and let's remember one of these speculations... That a JK and RBer should be counterclaims of eachother. Should the same not be true for a JK and a Doctor, since a JK is essential a hybrid RBer/Doc? Yet you never brought that bit up.

The reason none of these kills have made sense is because we keep thinking "Why didn't they kill Tails????" That answer becomes simple if Tails IS mafia.
Starting with Phoenix Wright, the kills can actually be explained this way. A roleblocker isn't scary, because no one would block a claimed doctor. A JK though, would still stop Tails from killing the jailed target, and is thus a Mafia threat. Scourge couldn't be killed because she's his cover. Yarrrrgami was second-Towniest, and one of the most involved players.

I didn't want to lynch Tails until the final 3 because only then does am I 100% that he should have died, but if I'm being put on the gallows, I want to get this out so whoever lives makes the right choice toMorrow.

That was why I claimed. I saw my role as a counter to his, but initially didn't want to claim, because I felt I could get him lynched without it. When I saw that was impossible, I saw no choice but to claim. The only reason why I didn't push that further was Scourge outing herself and her guilty on Turtles. Otherwise, I would have pushed the counter claim point until one of us was dead.

Actually, that's another reason why I'm really doubting Scourge is scum. She could have sat back and let that happen.

i really don't think Sonic is scum. i can't deny that it would make sense, but it also makes sense if you consider scum Tails or ascetic Kain or Firebringer.
thinking about the field we want for lylo tomorrow, i really don't want to have to be picking between Kain and Firebringer to lynch. i'd rather lynch one of them. preferably, Firebringer.

..but really, i can rationalize ways for any one of you to be scum, if we go just on role-based interactions. the only saving grace for me is that i know i'll be alive tomorrow. if Tails is scum he can't kill me, that'd be outing himself (since mafia can't block and kill at the same time), and if Tails is town... then well, i'm protected.
if Tails is scum, tho, he's pretty ballsy scum. he'd have to have known i wouldn't check him last night, and i'm not sure if i would have made that gamble.
i just think we'll be in a better position to win this if we dont end up in lylo tomorrow with me, Kain, and Firebringer. between the two it's honestly a toss-up.

annnnnd, i thought about it more just now and i'm not gonna erase the rest of this post, but yeah actually killing Sonic makes the most sense today. even though i don't want to.
