Either Bebop or JDGA is lying, between the two of them 11 diamonds disappeared, and whoever didn't take the diamonds is a henchman. I don't know which I think is lying out of the two of them, but it's definitely one of them. (Either Bebop and SC are both telling the truth or they're both lying.)

@Jelly: is the person who the Driver wins with the person above them on the list or below them?

Except that JDGA corroborated my claim that I received the box with only 1 diamond and 1 chip, and she has no reason to lie in order to protect me. If she's a henchman and her information proves I'm not a henchman, then she receives no benefit from lying. If she's a thief, she would want to make it look like I'm lying so that I get accused instead of her. Again she receives no benefit from lying in order to protect me.

It doesn't make sense for gamma to take agent and bury henchman, and since both chips were missing by the time it got to LLD/ika i think we can assume gamma is a henchman. I think ika is the thief and LLD the agent, because the number of diamonds that ika claims to have received and the number of diamonds that were passed to SC were the same. If he were the agent, I feel like he would make more of an effort to look like he stole something?? but idk.

okay but you said the box had 3 henchmen, 1 driver, and no agent when it got to you. meaning gamma either A) took the agent and buried the henchman, or B) took a henchman and buried the agent. He couldn't have taken a diamond if there were two role chips missing by the time it got to you.
