I'll speak for Russia here. I believe our current plan is to expand toward the west and support our Scandinavian allies rather than bother you lovely Turks.

It's well known in this game, Russia has a positional advantage, and if they take Western Europe this game will be all but over for a lot of people.

I am calling for any and all allies who are willing to support an anti-Russian alliance. Given my position in Berlin, I am on the front lines of this fight, and will be taking all the heat. This is all upside, as you'll be gaining territory and an extremely loyal ally.

I'm thinking we need an executive power, to coordinate all our troop movements and maybe even our builds, I'm wondering if it should be just one of us, to be elected every year, or a committee of sorts, what do you all think?

Just put Venice for Yea on the agreed articles and a No on the open prop, and I'm a yea for an executive power even if it does mean that it's public.

It is, as I seem to have become the face of austria. My argument is essentially that all of us down here have bigger problems than each other right now and really don't need to give ourselves more problems. So if you want to worry about France and perhaps germany, I think we'd be all too happy to sit over here and worry about russia. Perhaps we can even help each other a bit, though with Naples having built an army that will be a bit more challenging.
