Budapest, could you please support Vienna to Galicia this turn? I don't want Warsaw to be able to prevent that move

Greece, do you really want to work against you rimmediate neighbors? Does that not strike you as an absolutely awful idea?

I think we should be working with Italy as well and they with us and that the Mediterranean alliance is really just a silly idea. It's so hard to play as any of the central powers, we all need each other

Basically Edinburgh/London/Norway and Belgium/Holland are in dispute, specifically over the North Sea. You and I are the other two close/relevant fleets who could make a difference in what happens there. (To make things easy for you, Edinburgh/London/Norway are AcRv/DeathNote/Gale Wing Srock, and Belgium/Holland are Cybele/Jelly, respectively.) We both can support one or the other, or stay neutral. For you, supporting Great Britain would probably involve attacking Belgium, while supporting the Low Countries would probably involve moving north to harass London. Both could probably be accomplished by moving to the English Channel. (You could probably also provide support for a move to the North Sea next round via the English Channel.) Staying neutral would probably lead you to go for Spain or Portugal.

Basically, if you wanna pick a side between DeathNote/AcRv/Gale and Cybele/Jelly, move to the English Channel. If you don't want to pick one of those sides, stay put or go south.

Is that on behalf of yourself and/or others? For me personally, I'm interested in hearing what you have to say. I am at the border of my current alliance - so I'd love to hear your terms.

I joined the Mediterranean because no one but Italy has propositioned me for anything yet.

@OGML Mun and Bella Vie - You seem concerned with your north more than the south. I'm open to keeping it that way.

We collectively lament Naples not building a fleet T_T

Yes- Greece, Tunis
No- None
Standing- 2/9, 5 to pass.
I'm thinking we need an executive power, to coordinate all our troop movements and maybe even our builds, I'm wondering if it should be just one of us, to be elected every year, or a committee of sorts, what do you all think?

Just put Venice for Yea on the agreed articles and a No on the open prop, and I'm a yea for an executive power even if it does mean that it's public.
Sup, later.

Well, we aren't going to do any unrealistic promises like getting "the first centre". We can promise you a fair share in centres as we obtain more, but let's be honest, we can't make predictions as to whose ship will be where when the fighting actually happens.

Though, practically speaking, it's 3v2 at the moment on that North Sea dispute. If you join us, 4v2. You are immediately on the side in the better position which will guarantee a longer lifespan. If you take their side, it's now a 3v3 on that first turn. This gives nobody any guarantees.

No I plan on working with Serbia and anyone else who is willing at the moment. If you would like to assist the destruction of Bulgaria that would be beautiful as well. However Bulgaria has been largely absent from the game so working with them is rather hard and due to this fact leaving them alive is a danger to all adjacent countries as they are unpredictable.
