He said that the first part of his role is a Rolecop.

At first, he said the second part of his role had something to do with Link, but didn't want to say what.

But now, he's saying that the second part of his role is just an X-Shot Cop.

That is similar to links ability since he has a triforce (I assumed)

He's essentially saying that Link probably has the Triforce of Courage to rep his big power while the Triforce of Wisdom is an X-shot cop. It would mean that Ganondorf has the Triforce of Power and it's probably an OP ability assuming all the little Tetris blocks fit and no one is lying.
