Zoneace it has nothing to do with the fact that you have a plan, but your theory can be just as easily tested as the day goes on. It doesn't have to happen on page two. I think it is scummy that you want a claim out of someone on page two, and unless you are willing to divulge more information about this theory you have then I see no reason to support your actions.

I also don't like that people just jumped on trumpeting the reason I was voting. Now that its about to come out, and someone chose to claim instead of being bullied into it, I'm willing to see what Zoneace has to say.

I just didn't like that he wanted someone to claim on page two, and the speed people jumped on behind me makes me feel like scum took my thought process to mean they could get him quick lynched. Anyway I am very curious about your theory Zoneace, I just didn't like how you basically demanded a claim this early.

I don't necessarily know that a roleclaim was necessary to test it (this early in the game at least). But there being no flavor makes it much harder for scum to lie about their roles for one thing (I mean yeah they can claim vanilla, but in my experience people who claim vanilla and look scummy usually get lynched anyway), but it also makes his other thoughts on the game very valid, and though we don't know they are true (note: if they are true there is no need for someone to out themselves to prove it, and please don't) they are logical probabilities given what we know about the game already.

I don't agree with the way he is treating everyone that doesn't agree with him like an idiot, but his theory (which I give about a 90% chance of being completely correct) lets us know exactly what we have to find, right here and right now, and so with that knowledge it makes it easier for us to scum hunt, and harder for scum to avoid being found.

Thats just it though... 3 scum... 8 town oriented roles... we know what we have to find, and since there is no flavor it makes it much harder for those three scum to bs there way out of a lynch when found. Thats the beauty of it, since we know what we are looking for (I doubt there is a vig or an SK btw), it should be easier to find it.

That would be hilarious imo, but at the same time I would know he was lying becuase Nelly's claim wouldn't have done him any good if it were true.

Nelly where you and I aren't connecting is a fundemental difference in how we look at the game, and so neither of us will agree with the other.

FoS: Draux

First in my defense, Zoneace's theory was the main topic of discussion on day one and I was just participating.

Analysis (players in order of front page):

ZoneAce: He had a theory that was beneficial to the town imo, but many disagreed that it was worth a claim to find it out. Much of day 1 was spent arguing over his theory (even before he said it). I do not like how he attacks players who don't necessarily see things the same way he does, but I also think he was just upset with most of the town not understanding what he was saying, and know how it feels to be misunderstood. I think he has contributed a lot to the game, with his theory, and through his posts (and the way people reacted to them). He has currently claimed vanilla townie, and I fully believe him. (yes I know this is the person you know my feelings about, but I felt I'd talk about everybody).

Schismatized: Spent most of day 1 insulting Zoneace (fueling the fire while complaining about it). Was one of the people to hop onto the Zoneace wagon behind me without adding anything as to why he was doing it. He has not added anything to any discussion. For the whole game (except for a few early posts) he has done nothing except argue with Zoneace, and is now voting him again on day 2. Based on his complete lack of contribution, and his jump onto Zoneace without added reason (none of his complaints about Zone's playstyle count as reasons imo) I am fairly sure he is scum. Oh also the last sentence of post 255 reeks to me. He says Stree wasn't that scummy in his opinion, but never attempted to defend him at all day 1.

Draux: He has 11 total posts. All of which say absolutely nothing with a lot of vote hopping being done early on. Was called a newb townie day one by TCS, and has clung on to that like a life raft, hiding behind it all of day 1. Hammered Stree for no reason except that he threateded to if people didn't stop arguing. He is the most obvious scum right now imo.

Nocmen: Was fairly involved day 1, but avoided the whole thing going on around ZoneAce's theory while commenting on other things. He is either intentionally misrepresenting what MoS has said today, or misunderstood what MoS is saying, and I'm not sure which it is. His analysis of players is terrible, and he doesn't really say anything at all. I put him in the tow category for now, but based on his play that could change fairly quickly.

Nelly632: Was the one to claim for ZoneAce's theory. He had no reason to, and anyone blaming Zone for outing him is wrong. He then got into an argument with Zone about Zone's reaction to other people, and Zone's theory. He responded well, but he has a different look at the way this should work than those that agreed with Zone (myself included) and so could not agree. He voted Zone off and on all through day 1. He played a big role in many of the arguments that happened, but he was adding content while doing so. He has claimed mason, and I have no reason not to believe him. He is town in my book.

Numenorean7: Has backed Nelly almost the whole game, and blames Zone for outing him. But at the same time he never really got involved in discussion about any of it. He hasn't really added anything of his own, and I think that it may be possible that he is Nelly's mason buddy. Since I feel this way I am putting him in the town category.

bubka: 3 posts... I have nothing to say here... except Lynch all Liars right?! (Not really, but he better start posting or get replaced).

MastermindofSin: Day 1 he defended ZoneAce because people were attacking him as scum because of his play style, and MoS (who has played with him before) said they were wrong. He has provided some great analysis today. I feel that he was hunting very hard on day 1, and he has been constantly responding to other people with thoughts or questions. I am pretty sure he is protown.

So my top three suspects are:
1. Draux
2. Schismatized
3.Either bubka or Nocmen (depending on what happens)

Thats unfair of you MoS. I did not even consider Jester as a possible role in this game, and so felt that Draux's complete and total lack of helpfulness, on anything, was scummier than Schis, I still think Schis is a good lynch candidate for tomorrow regardless.

Also there is only so much you can attribute to being a newbie. I felt that Draux passed that line long ago, and so that is why my vote was on him.

Its not fair of you to say my case against him was worse than the one against Schis becuase he had done absolutely nothing even remotely pro-town. Schis has a few small things that made him look better in my eyes than Draux did (not including his last few posts, not being able to comment on anything but ZoneAce is complete BS, and it almost seals the deal for me that he is the way to go tomorrow).

I was waiting for someone else to hammer, but eventually just decided to hammer ZA after rereading the game, and deciding that Nocmen was either the doc we were looking for or suspicious enough that the doc wouldn't protect him. Both thoughts came from how non-committal he stayed throughout the game. He was trying to remain in the background, and it made me feel like he probably had a power because of this (since I knew he wasn't mafia).

I'm really glad I was right though, and nice protect on Numenorean the night before Nocmen. Why did you choose him out of curiosity?
