Yeah, the first eliminees should pay way more and beginning at merge people should start being

compensated

obviously none of these are commitments but we can definitely fill the spots

I will have to award spots on a first come first served basis once we get a bit closer

FWIW, I was considering all pre-jury people to become part of the moderator team to help setup challenges/run things. Because jury people can't really be doing the extra game or whatever.

This is pretty neat! I would be /interested but I think this year I have to choose between this and Chicagomeet, and my eggs are pretty firmly stuffed in that basket.
