Better, but needs at leasy 4 more townies (preferably 6+) in order to justify the three killing groups. (And I wouldn't allow the doc to self-protect).

I think in a game with that many killers, allowing the single other power role to self-protect is a necessary balancer.

You don't want to put too many townies in. Yeah you'll make it less swingy (in the sense that the town can't get wiped out overnight) but you're also solely strengthening the town with that solution.

The Sk wins in an endgame scene where the two surviving Mafia start to celebrate their victory, and then the one Mafia who is actually a SK stabs the other and then wears his skin as a pleasant little hat.

Looking at it a second time, I really want to see it played out.
