I think this whole debate is being blown way out of proportion. By both sides of this argument. It also seems to be spiraling into meaning that I don't think anyone really expected.

Okay, I have just realized that I have been a complete goof-up, and I am very sorry. My argument was based on the assumption that Dourgrim had advance knowledge of hw's absence, and I realize now that that would have been impossible. I just kept up my argument because I was mad at being semi-bandwagoned on day one, page one of my return to Mafia. Anyways, I'm very sorry and it's unimportant now, and we should move on to things that are more important. We need to hear from Banana Bob, it is very possible that he has info that could lead us to the mafia.

Im not overly concerned over JD, he somehow always manages to attract attention. He may be scum, but we have time to make sure later. His behavior is suspicious, but too obvious.

I too want to hear from Banana Bob. He's an investigative role, to be sure, but peeping Tom doesn't really have the same good connotations as "cop" would. I'd also be interested in hearing who he investigated; it seems like he hit a trigger of some sort.

If Banana Bob really is an investigative role, wouldn't Yoko spoil the game for him by telling us he is? In my opinion, we shouldn't be assuming BB is an invastigative role just because of what's in the newspaper. It's a Mafia game, things probably aren't that obvious.

I'm not going to vote for BananaBob until I hear something from him... preferably what in the blue hell he was doing "snooping" like that. Obviously it's an investigative role of some sort... and it's pretty rough for him that he got tagged like that so early in the game. I wonder if perhaps someone's got an ability to expose Night actions? That could be scary...

And while I would definitely agree that the knifing seems more likely for a psychopath, a single shot to the head could definitely be his modus operandi, as well. think he has something to hide. He's pretty much confirmed that the newspaper story is accurate enough by not bothering to correct it -- but he told us nothing we didn't already know. I mean, really... "what do you usually do when you lurk"?? I can think of a

If he's good -- well, that sucks but he's out now and he'll probably be a target so he should at least let us know what he knows...at the very least, it might help us interpret any future newspaper stories. If he is

Sorry, I was in a bit of a hurry when I made that post, I'll rephrase what i said.

If you look at the functions of the common roles in mafia, you will find a FUNCTION (not role) that will associates itself with lurking. I'm sure I don't need to say what it is.

As for JD's strange FOS, I think theres no reason to hold it against him. Looks just like noobiness to me. Seems to me like he hasn't completely got the hang of how the game works and it's strategies yet.

The Cowardly Reporter can check a player's house to find out if they are home (anyone doing something during the night is not home), or hide in the newsroom to avoid being killed (can not hide on consecutive nights).

I guess that is BB's role.
