That's a pretty far stretch. The difference between trying to kill someone and distancing is hard to pick out especially on day 1.

I wouldn't suggest using that logic in game.

Feeling guilty about my lack of posting. Here are some random thoughts:

White- great kick start, just as I expected and as we needed.

ssf- poster child for active lurker. we might need to crank up some heat...

AlyG- priority #1 as far as the lurkers go. His last post didn't sit well with me at all.

cicero- accused of being too chummy with me and I with him. posts a lot of theory...

Sorry for my lack of activity recently, I was at a conference the weekend and started a full time (holiday) job the day after.

Shaka, way too tunnelvisioned. I'd like to see Shaka express opinions on more than BM because we can't win if we only focus on one person. Shaka seems to have shown little interest in this thread outside of BM and that alarms me. There's too little to go on for me to make much more than a guess on Shaka's alignment.
Slightly scummy

I only have two reads, one is that BM is scum, and two is that Pwyane is town.

Pwyane was the only one to act against BM when he was making his case on Cicero, Pawyne is either distancing himself from BM (gut feeling says not) or he too realizes the case against BM and wants him out.

Very interested to hear more from BMs replacement.

A very verbal and opinionated newbie; likes to discuss the game of Mafia in a larger sense, trying to see the big picture. I like his style, and I think he's a little too confident and eager to be scum. Reminds me of town-Guardian in his early days.

I'm finding that hard to believe. No one asked you to claim, so why do it? They obviously aren't going to lynch an inactive player, and btw I think the current vote count on you is stupendously ridiculous.


Side note: Reasons for my sudden aggression, both the games I am playing are becoming rather inactive and in both of them I am sure of scum, but nothing is happening.

AlyG, if you ARE town you are *really* pissing me off. Sorry about all the other games that are so important but when you do this you cripple the town. Especially when you have been the subject of much discussion.

I'm going to go meta and check on how many times back up roles get used in mini-games.

Ummmm .... he will always be useful at night (assuming that is the nature of his role), but you do have a point in that he would be less likely than a more active player to make good night choices. I don't like the advocating lynching a possible powerrole because he's less than active, though.

About the claim, it could go either way. I think it won't be a deciding factor in whether AlyG gets lynched or not ... but it does make me a little wary of lynching him, truth to tell.
