Also consider that this queue isn't the quickest, may not be continued. I think my own game already likely won't reach signups before such a decision is made.

I think it was because of how long it takes for a game to fill and how these games have a shorter turnover of people. Because games can be completed in a few weeks people reach their limits for how many games they can handle faster.

Yes, that's a pity. But what makes you think that another game will fill up quicker? If you want to run this game, you should just keep going with it. Perhaps you need to actively invite some people to get it going a bit sooner, but I don't think that withdrawing is any better.

Its really not about people outing, its more about this has been in sign ups for awhile and I don't like holding up sign ups when other moderators are waiting in queue.
I will go ahead and try offsite recruiting.
If I can't get this filled in a few days though, I will be taking it down.

I'm next on the mod list, and personally I don't really mind waiting for my turn given that it's holidays these days. People may just be preoccupied with christmas and new year that's why the queue has slowed down.
