But yeah knowing what I know now, I could never actually kill the last boss. Maybe I could get up to that point. But I even tried beating them on Pie's file and just didn't have the heart to keep at it after a few tries.

Call it "just a game" but all I was thinking was, I already know what you say, I know how this ends,

Pretty handy to get that much feedback on a demo for a game that wants to be meta.

Yeah, I think when I eventually boot the game back up I'm going to turn my genocide into a neutral run (I want to fight those last two bosses again), then do hard mode since I haven't yet, then do another pacifist and close off that way. It just feels so wrong to leave the game in the state it's currently in forever.

I really want another game centered on that character though.

I don't think saving multiple saves works with steam but I could be wrong.
