Actually Sakura by itself means Cherry Blossom.
That's why Cherry Trees are called Sakura Trees.
Sakura Hana is kinda redundant because Hana means Flower, but i couldn't think of anything else when Sakura was taken and i just randomly came up with that.
Also i don't know much japanese, there Kancolle wiki has translations.

I wouldn't place reads affected by what people have rolled in the past but by play, regardless of how many times a coin lands tails in a row, it still has 50% chance to land on heads next coin flip, not more.

Davsto, recent long post does get A+ for effort. It and associated kind explicitly indicates that it was not read from hunting for scum earlier, but was made at the time requested. If you get a town PM you get it for the whole game and you play for the whole game, not just when some other townie hounds you into the ground.

So yeah, it can be a townies effort, or reluctant scum, not sure I see signs where i think no a scum couldn't find that just by looking for stuff.
