No it's not. The absurd standards he applies are scummy but saying that you've made mistakes in the past is not a scumtell, as much as I think Fuzzy is scum.

There were two night kills, unless Niccage treestumped himself, which seems unlikely.

If we assume there are two scum left, and scum directly targeted Niccage, then we can also make the assumption that Fuzzy is town. Also it doesn't make sense for the scumteam to target Niccage with Fuzzy because Niccage was defending Fuzzy if I remember correctly
