yb I lost a little interest in since he seemed so persistant even though it looked bad for him. He keeps seeing every side of arguments though.

I'd like to see more pressure on both MBL and Sarcastro, and I'm sure there are lower-profile players who are lurking through this mess.

I am very surprised that there are so many votes on YB. I thought at some point we made a decision not to lynch him... Oh well, sometimes the rain quits falling, clouds open up, sweet manna from heaven coats the ground, the angels break out in glorious song, and players in Mafia 64 actually vote for YB. Yay!

I want inHim or manaspryte lynched, badly. One of them, at least, is scum. Manasprtye has been so obviously scummy it hurts me deep inside how no one is voting for her.

A YB lynch or a Glork lynch would not disappoint me particularly, I think.

Btw, in response to HackerHuck -- YB has demonstrated a level of incredibly bad play in other games that makes me reaffirm my suspicion that he is not scum here, just town playing badly.

Look at my wiki, C9 + 2 modded by Mert, that recently ended. YB's play has devolved in most of his games to townie lynchbait, and I don't want to let that happen here, with him at lynch minus... something.

First off, yeah, that's my explanation.

To be considered for the third party: here goes "Glork for the greater good" again. The tone of those particular posts = so scummy.

I'd also go as far to say that protection of Guardian is detrimental to Town. His alignment absolutely has to be confirmed, and the sooner the better. It will help solve many riddles.

This set of posts is why I changed my vote to inhim over shteven. Sounds like scum not wanting to backtrack.

I think if inHim is scum caught with his pants down, he's probably the SK and he was trying to signal to the scums that he's going to target Guardian.

I agree completely with Guardian's post about YB being terrible town, which is why I've put him back down on my list. However, what I find strange is that in consecutive posts, Guardian says that "a YB lynch...would not disappoint [him]" and then says he thinks YB is just bad town. Mind explaining that one, Guardian?

Yeah no problem explaining -- I think YB may make sense as an SK, but not mafia.

So he is SK, or vanilla town.

In both cases, he hasn't helped the town at all (except lucky SK shot?), and I doubt that he will during the course of the game. He has claimed vanilla, and will not draw a scum NK unless they become convinced he is the SK.

So, I won't be that disappointed, since he could be an SK, and is doing almost 0 to help out, but on the other hand I think if he isn't SK then he is, in fact, a vanilla townie. I would place odds like 25% 75% right now, with better chance of him being town.

Even with this, his complete lack of helpfulness and my desire for something to happen means I wouldn't be that disappointed... now that I think about it though, my vote will not be going to YB, though, and I think his lynch will likely not result in a scum death. So I guess I would be disappointed since there are better targets (manaspryte!! inhim!?) .

This post is weird. The sudden changes of heart regarding YB around this place are extremely frustrating.

I am going to be out of town for the next week, with no internet connection (going camping in the great wild, yay!). I'd prefer not to be replaced. This will be my last absence till probably Christmas.

I think that Glork is the serial killer. And even if he's not, if he's vanilla town, I'll eat some celery (I don't have a hat, and celery is gross).

1) the SK killed mafia
2) Glork has been overdefensive
3) Glork does not appear to be linked to any other players

I think that Glork is the SK and the remaining mafia come out of the group Yogurt/Shteven/Inhim/AE.

So there's my reading. I'm sure that it's totally wrong but it's my best guess at this time.

TCS, do you honestly think that all of the scums are people who are sitting right in the limelight? Have you even considered the possibility that at least one or two of them are trying to skate by -- whether they're not contributing at all, or popping in here or there to say a few choice words and support the convenient wagon(s) at the time?

Case in point: Calvin & Hobbes Mafia just ended recently. While LoudmouthLee, Glork, PJ/Pooky, and Thok ripped each other to shreds, VitaminR snuck completely under the spotlight


Now, TCS... The last comment you made about various players:

This game, I would imagine, is progressing almost ideally for the scums right now. All of the focus is on like four players, and they're just sinking their teeth into each other.

TCS, I want you to post your thoughts on

EVERY

single player in that last bullet point, and I would like you to run full/thorough analyses on at least two of them. Furthermore, I would like you to explain whether you really think that all of the scums would be sitting right in the game's spotlight, all attacking each other.

Start pulling our weight, and stop playing like an idiot, TCS. I know you're capable of more than this.

None of these players has posted in at least four days, and many of them have not posted in a solid week. There is a deadline coming up before too long, and there are far too many lurkers in this game.

Glork just made a good post. If he is the SK, as TCS says, I am willing to keep him around to help us find scum. Literally. I worry more that he is mafia and leading us on wild goose chases.

As SK, he wouldn't target me because he isn't silly like that, forcing the mafia to... Oh Glork, plz be SK.

Anyways, his request of TCS and observation about the lurkers really makes sense.

I have latched onto Manaspryte -- I think the others make some sense, too, though. HackerHuck and Yosarian2 I particularly worry about, in addition to manaspryte. I didn't ask when Jack did, as I assume you have some reason for not disclosing why you voted Sarcastro (other than lurking), but I'd love to hear why at some point.

I really think that manaspryte has a great chance of being scum and should be lynched. I was taken aback when Jack wasn't struck one way or another by her presence.
