Jordan is gaining a few innocence points with me. His question about whether wolves will be revealed as such on death strikes me as a genuine question.

My opinion on DOS is that he is one of the only players who were active yesterday who seemed to have any idea of what I was saying about Talitha. He didn't really take a side in regards to voting, IE he defended me but he didn't attack Jordan, or attack me, or defend Jordan. He wasn't on the mislynch yesterday but he was on the lynch on fircoal day one.

In short, he's kind of a lurker who doesn't aggravate people. He's not on my personal shit list like Jordan is, but he hasn't done anything especially pro town. And when he talked about the two killing roles, he listed the arrow-shooter before he listed the 'warewolfs', as if the arrow shooter (whether vig or sk) was more of a threat than the wolves are. That is about the only scum tell I see from him, so far.

: Never gave the post he promised a while back analyzing the game, but has claimed cop, and for now is squarely on my town list. I liked his explanation of why he investigated BM as well, and I probably would have done the same in his position.

Ancalagon

: Gave some good Analysis while here, but has disappeared and is currently being replaced (I think). Will wait to judge based on the replacements actions. But for now temporarily on my town list.

Jingolaw

: Has been playing, and giving reason for almost all of his actions. Has also been pushing other players for their reasonings. He has given some very good analysis as well. Definitely on my town list.

JordanA24

: Has been pushing Skruffs hard since yesterday. He makes some good points, but is completely opposed to any other viewpoint than his imo. Has been very active, and I have to give him points for sticking to his guns, though if eventually Skruffs is proved town it will make him look really bad. For now he is also on my town list.

Also about the post you pointed out. The possible and potential thing is because I don't know whether they are town or not. That is me saying that I think they are town or that I think they are scum. I don't feel it is fair you hold against me that I felt people who are proved town were scum... I'm not infallible after all.

Miztef

: Replaced Coron who had three posts that no real information can be gleaned from. He has voiced his opinions well, but admits to being easily persuaded. Has also acted sort of confused at points in the game. He has not posted since the 8th of July

Mod could we get a prod on Miztef?

I don't like that he says he is easily persuaded, nor do I like his supposed confusion. For now he is on my scumlist.

PookyTheMagicalBear

: Has been very aggressive all game. ~N9V~ claims to have gotten an innocent investigation on him, and since I believe N9V he is on my town list. Though I am rather uncomfortable with him telling everyone to vote me just because he says so. He has done a good job of voicing his opinions and giving analysis on things which also give him points in my book. He is kind of random sometimes though.

Theopor_CoD

: Has been actively pursuing who he thinks is scum. Though he does lack in content in many of his posts. He pushed very hard for a niempie lynch, and does not seem to be helping the town all that much. He is on my scum list after this reread. I'd like to ask you for a post on what you think of the players still in the game as well.

: Early on gave some very sound posts, and then disappeared for a while (she went on vacation). Now that she is back I like her posts less and less lately, though she has given a post explaining her lack of content. Has recently said she thinks Pooky is scum, and that puts a shadow of doubt on her as well. Also wants a mass claim. Tentatively on my scum list.

Skruffs

: Replaced The Goat who only posted 4 times but I like his post about random spam (though I understand it was very early in the game still). Has given some very good arguements, and I still think he did a good job of showing why Jordan's logic was flawed yesterday. He is still on my town list.

Shanaba

: Replaced after 3 others had her role if I remember correctly. Posted a lot of good content yesterday, but hasn't posted since the new day started. I'm starting to think his role is cursed. Could go either way... might be town, might be scum.

I find Jordan’s question about revealing the “werewolf” role after death to be a bit odd, since I think we covered this topic quite thoroughly after night 2. Granted, Jordan wasn’t here yet, but surely he has read, no? And Talitha

here, weren’t you, Tali? So, odd, again, that you’re giving Jordan innocence points for asking a question that’s been asked before (albiet not to the mod).

That said, I’m not sure about Jordan being scum, and more suspicious of Skruffs. Skruffs, what makes you see a Pooky-Jordan link (other than your apparent crusade to lynch Jordan, regardless)? Jordan looks neutral to me at this point, and Pooky gets a presumptive pass based on ~N9V~’s purported investigation. Obviously, if things develop further with the cop-claim we’ll have to reexamine, but at this point I have ~N9V~ and Pooky in the town column, and Jordan, therefore, gets innocence points by association, if anything, Skruffs, not scum points.

And sorry about the whole points metaphor; Tali started it.

I agree that DOS’s analyses are tragically noncommittal...DOS votes for theopor in the last post, but read his very own analysis of theopor...would you vote for a player based on that anaysis? On the other hand, I know all about not having much time to spend on mafiascum, so DOS isn’t on the scum list just yet.

Are Ancalagon and Miztef still playing? If not, let’s get some replacements and wait for them to read before proceeding. If so...man, that’s some seriously scummy lurking.

Seems pretty hypocritical to me. And I also disagree strongly with the point about Theo not helping the town and not posting much content. I'm quite tempted to change my vote (I'd love to see the look on Skruffs face as he reads that).

By the way I understand your confusion. I did not make it very clear as to what reasons specifically that I am voting Theo. So here they are. I don't feel he is contributing, and I don't feel he is really helping the town. His push on Niempie was just part of my analysis, and the fact that I voted Niempie, is extremely different than pushing for a niempie lynch.

Geh. I was reading last night, tried to save my notes and the program crashed, so I'll just have to wing it. In the first seven pages though, Jingolaw gave me a bad feeling. I'll keep reading, but I'm giving up on notes for now.

Funny you should say that. I've been too tired to finish my re-read yet, but from where I got to, Jingolaw was the one that was standing out as most likely scum.

Hrm. That's interesting, as I was somewhat worried by you too on re-read. Nevertheless:

Take a look at a few of his posts: he constantly tries to push both sides of the arguments. Combined with his fluidity of suspicion (though I am guilty of that too) it feels very much like he is trying to keep all his options open.

Then there's a gut thing. It may be the unnecessarily verbiose and complex nature of his wording (yes that was deliberate) but he often gives me a sort of slimy, manipulative feel. It's like listening to a politician at times.

There's also a few specific things that I don't like either: FoSsing Pooky before voting him (mostly I just don't get why he would do that: it seems overly cautious), I don't like his stance on Tally at all (posts 20 and 23 in particular), and I hate the way he kept up a running diatribe of "there's nothing to comment on" day 2. He has presented very little original content himself (not once does he really lead an attack on someone, or even really bring up new points), which makes me feel said comments are at best lazyness and at worst scum trying to coast along.

I just feel like the tone of a lot of his posts has been forced and fake, its a gut thing, but from other games I've played with him I haven't felt him that way. So for now I am voting him.
