So why did curious have to ask you three times before you would finally answer and say you weren't rolefishing, and you call him a twit when he wasn't the only one that thought you were rolefishing?

I honestly didn't think Adel was rolefishing when she said she would only unvote if curious claimed, but the fact that it took such a long time to say she wasn't was scummy.

And since MoS no longer has two votes, curious would be lynched if no one unvoted or voted, you two are tied, but curious got there first.

My position on the CKD claim is that it really kind of was called for. To a point, Adel's saying "I won't unvote unless he claims" made sense. She was giving up, her vote was essentially there to stay unless

very

compelling evidence could be presented. Apparently, the only evidence that could be compelling enough was a flat out claim. It hints of rolefishing but was likely meant differently.

Her actions become rolefishing when CKD becomes more and more agitated by her vote. (Personally I am on the "chill out" side of that argument. This will only matter if

nobody

changes their vote for 6 days.) Even though it shouldn't have, this vote hit a nerve, and Adel knew that. She responded to his distress with this post:

If interperted a certain way, this post is Adel holding the possibility of an unvote above CKD's head. All he need do is claim. Whether it was malicious or not, Adel engineered a pressure claim on a player with 2 votes.

Like I said before, I might have to re-evaluate my position on Adel entirely. Just from dredging up recent memory, I can say that she's gotten less and less townie as the game has dragged on. No matter what her role, she made a great effort to build up stores of townie credit early in the game, but in my mind at least, those stores are almost depleted.

I don't think it was at all a good thing that he claimed. If he believed Adel was out rolefishing, it doesn't logically follow that he should claim. But I don't think logic was paramount in CKD's mind when he posted.

All I'm saying is that I can completely see where he was coming from in claiming. I think it's silly to shift the blame from Adel to CKD because Adel never

asked for a claim. She implied the shit out of it, and if anything, that's scummier.
