Most of the first half of my iso is about RC being scum. My case is basically that all his antics are an unconvincing act but too much of the town seems happy to let him be aggressively anti-town without any answer.

Instead of asking elyse to explain her vote, you instead want to ask every single person what their read is on her. That isn't optimal play, that is scum looking to see who they can rile up to get a mislynch.

Earlier you gave both pk and epm town reads because they were scumhunting you, but now elyse votes you out of the blue and this was your chance to try and scumhunt her and pick her brain to see what she was thinking and you instead ignored her and asked others opinions of her?

also want to note that you gave epm a town read and in less than 200 posts you were willing to vote him because somebody else was voting him. I don't recall seeing any real reason from you at the time for your change in reads but i'd have to go back and double check that.

RC, why do you think EPM is scum? He is trying to parse the game. He is actively scumhunting me, and he built a more structured/substantial case against you than most of the people on your wagon.

Posting here partly for prod dodging purposes, and partly as an apology. I don't really have any excuses for procrastinating so much on this game, beyond my frustration with it. (It's partly me disliking my reads, mostly the fact that I need to reread the game to get my head back into it, and I haven't been looking forward to that.)

I'm currently doing a reread, because I've been skimming the game up this point, but I'll run through what thoughts I've had, for what they're worth.

I've been skimming over some of Lost's ISOs in her Newbies, since her wagon took off, and my read on her is still pretty firmly Town. I very much do not want to lynch her today. She's probably the only read I'm really confident on right now.

RC is mehTown, and I'm mostly in agreement with MattP's posting recent posting spree on her. MattP himself is still good.

Bro's slipping down a bit. Still leaning Town, but subject to change.

I've skimmed over some of Elyse's other games too, and I'm getting a bit less comfortable with my read. I'm still leaning more scum than not on her, and I'm holding my vote for now. I'm not really sure how to explain it yet beyond that I dislike her pushes. I want to say that there's a lack of curiosity, but that's not quite it. I'll get back to this one later, once I've finished.

I don't remember why I was starting to feel iffy about EvilPak. This one needs to be updated too.

It's not in my play style to beseech people to vote my scum reads anyway, I usually just say what I think and let people choose. But besides that there's a number of reasons one could read passiveness in my play. ie. I don't think I've been passive but I can see how someone would think that. Granted boredom and frustration are part of it but also most of my long posts were long because they were catchup posts and I was trying to cover like five pages at a time. I've been staying caught up since then. Besides that I've had a lot of evaluating to do without many conclusions yet: "elyse or oversoul for scum?" "Is MattP scum?" "What's my read on Lostaway?" "Am I tunneling RC too hard?" A couple of those I have answers for. Elyse is scum. Which I found out when I decided I should maybe not spend all my time drawing connections back to RC and she still found a way to paint what I said as scummy after I tried to consider the possibility of voting someone she considers "obvtown." A couple of those I don't have answers for. I'm kinda null leaning scum on Matt and null leaning town on Lost (admittedly that's because it's hard to see her and RC scum together) so part of why my posts are shorter now too is because I still don't have answers to some questions that I think are important.
