I gave you that link as a starting point (and you should read her ISO from that point forward because she continues her self-defeatist attitude later on that day as well), not as the end-all/be-all of what you should read. Don't compare apples to oranges, though. If you're going to compare her activity/contribution level between games, make sure it's another Large you're comparing it to.

I actually wasn't aware that Ozgin was fairly new to the site. That said, I do believe he has mentioned having experience on another site, so you're still trying to compare apples to cheerios.
