Once per game, you can become the mod for the entire day phase. You must search out a temporary replacement for your slot and forward your role-PM to that replacement. You will NOT be given the setup or each player's roles. For the rest of the day phase, you must follow general rules for modding. After the day phase ends, you will replace back into the slot.

You will lose that much energy, and whoever uses the most energy will control the kill. Multiple people trying to kill the same person will combine their submitted energy. You start with 100 energy and gain back 5 each night.

This actually sounds like something you could set up for some sort of bastardish role.
Multifactional game, one person has a kill and exists outside of the town/scum/SK/whatever factions and depending on who he kills/other elements becomes aligned later in the game.
