They both seemed pretty busy IRL so I lucked out here. I might have had a chance of swaying BBMolla but if they both had time for more attention this day phase I think they would have got me. I was digging myself a hole.

I think, and I say this in the dead thread, but I should have held on to the result on Aronis a bit longer. Let the day develop. Might have learned more. Instead it was pretty much a null day that you couldn't take anything from. Ah well.

I ran this mainly as an experiment in shorter deadlines.

While it got some positive support for that, in practice, I don't think much of the established playerbase is really 'aware' (for lack of a better word) of how quickly time goes by in such a short period. You'll note that many of the nights went well beyond 24 hours, so that also says something for the moderators (or at least me in particular).

I might, maybe, possibly run another short-deadline game in a month or so.

Before I started playing on this site, I never had a deadline longer than 4 days. I was excited for this game because of how short it was.

I hope offense is not taken to this comment and please know its not my intention. But the announcement, setup, and game rules all state how short the deadlines are. In the end though, IRL stuff always comes first and its just a game.

It's my own fault, Nobody Special modded a ton of newbie games I did so I subconsciously didn't even think about it.
