1888 and 1976, i.e. fake surprise = fake buddying. I haven't read S&S but I'm guessing your buddying looked different there (i.e. based on genuine emotions and therefore not fake).

There's a lot more than just saying "they're town, let me help you." There's tone. There's how Mastin would interact with me about it. Interacting with people is not just about answering questions but HOW they answer them and how they react. You know this. It doesn't matter one bit that I told Mastin that I don't have a scumread on you.

i'm concerned still about mastin mainly because of the end of yesterday his trying to keep AP from being lynched. So certain and in the end so wrong

Idk why he would be so certain that AP was town, especially when he wasn't. And then calling him a survivor rather than the much better description of SK makes it look like he's trying to cover his ass after the fact. Idk why he wouldn't want AP to be not lynched if they weren't buddies.

My theory then is that scum mastin trys to keep AP alive as major buddying of someone he thinks is town get's an ally and creates a fake town block with himself. The shock of him not being town nearly kills mastin. Early morning scrambling, and now it's blown over. This is why i vote him now
