Because I was too lazy to try and find a spartan meme for 'this is madness'.
But really, I was trying to have fun and interact. When I start taking everything everyone says too seriously, I start to hate games like this, or I end up getting super paranoid that everyone is scum and I end up hating it in the end because I do stupid shit like start doubting all my reads or get caught up on one little thing that seems surefire obvscum and death tunnel it.
So I joke. I try to interact. And I try and play a little differently to prevent crazy paranoid me by, instead of trying to find every little thing I think could be scummy, I look for things that I'm more comfortable thinking is more towny. If I can get a couple good townreads, I get a lot better at scumhunting if I feel like I have people I can bounce stuff off or at least nod along with instead of always questioning every angle.
So my comment on the 'hi' was my sarcastic way of saying I didn't really think there was anything there in T S O's couple posts that was alignment indicative or even worth commenting on. Because:

Don't really strike me as much of anything to analyze that isn't going to come up null. So it seemed to me like Solar Wind was just asking a question to ask a question. However, because it was addressed to you, I was also wondering if they were just using it to try and read you.
I feel like at that point it was just you and the hydras trying to figure each other out, and everyone else just popping out to get a leg in. So that's me just trying to get in on some of the interaction instead of sitting on the sidelines just waiting for you all to figure it out.
