The town goes back and forth for a while, but they eventually begin to come to an agreement. The accusations come in quick succession; "Skum!" Peter cries out, pointing at DeathSauce. "Skum!" gorckat yells, pointing as well.
"Hang on a sec guys, let's be reason..." DeathSauce starts to object.
"SKUM!" yells somestrangeflea, swinging his arm to point at DeathSauce.
"SMUM!" yells Occult, swinging his revolver to point at DeathSauce.
"Err... did you mean to kill him just then?" says Paradoxombie.
The town collectively shrugs and continues talking until they realize they really should stop to examine the corpse. Once again, they are horrified to discover that they have lynched an innocent town member and go off to the saloon to drown your sorrows.

DeathSauce, vanilla townie, has been lynched day two.

Night two has arrived. Anyone with the ability to communicate outside of the thread may do so from now until I announce day. Anyone with night choices, please get them to me in the next 3 and a half days (84 hours). Failing to get a choice to me by then means you will not act night two.

When they finally do come to, they are quicker than the previous day to realize that they are one short. They rush to CrashTextDummie's house to find his corpse; examining it they determine he was a normal town member. They glumly return to the saloon, knowing that they can't afford many more mistakes.

Day three has begun. There are 8 alive and it requires 5 to lynch.

I'd pretty much had xombie paired with DS, so I need to do a little more evaluating there (my last 20 minutes looking over some stuff still leaves him less than neutral).

As I'd said when I made the vote, it was the first chance to put one of those two (DS and xombie) at 4 votes. If Peter had voted xombie, that would've been find and if the situation was reveresed (me on DS already and Peter making xombie go to three) I'd have gone that way, too.

Just because I happened to be in the thread at that moment shouldn't matter since I'd already set the expectation I'd run either one up.

I don't think I got that impression from either Occult or you in my quick re-read Monday, or prior to the lynch.
