There is enough interest to continue this game here.

We know. Everyone thinks exactly the same. Whether scum or town, everyone wants themselves alive. I've stated this multiple times, and thus people voting themselves does nothing.

Bad Karma: Zindara

We're not going to move on if we don't try and discuss. We need to say stuff.

Okay, here's my preposal.

Let's pick three people, here and now, and revive those three in this pregame (yes, this is technically pregame), now. And not just revive one, and then revive another, let's pick three people in Day 0.25, and all agree that these are the people who we want alive, or that can represent the town as a whole.

Or we can just bicker and say nothing.

Thoughts?

Once again, I am against anything that will rush this game.

While I agree this game has been tedious at times, if it stays at the pace it is, it wont be bad. Rushing revives only helps scum.

So I dont like the pick three and do it idea.

Its not quite badkarma, but its close for YB.

Mind explaining what advantage there is to this system? It seems like it just limits our discussion if we choose three people right now.

Dude, I've probably sparked more discussion and tried to get this game running more than anyone else in this game. Not only that, I'm a revival possibility supported by quite a few people. I see no reason why a self-vote is inappropriate here, especially as you have ignored both K-Scope's and Yosarian's self-vote.

I don't have any problem with Zinderas's self vote.

Anyway, why pick all 3 today? I already have pro-town vibes from some people and such, but it's certanly subject to change. Don't really see any advatnage to that suggestion.

Yellowbounders last post seems very fishy.
I'm Not sure where to go from here. This game has really stalled. Maybe we need a deadline to help get this moving.

(shrug) We're going to have to just bite the bullet and revive someone, I think.

I'm also thinking we're going to need some replacements; if not now, then on day .5 at least.

Yeah. The problem is that reviving someone won't necessarily increase activity. It's not like a lynch where we gain more information. At this rate, we'll likely be just as inactive on day 0.5 It feels like about half the players needs replacing here unfortunately.

I guess not, but continuing to do nothing certanly won't increase activity either.

Anyway, do we still have a mod here? Are we going to get replacements? Is this game still alive here?

The mod is away, see V/LA, and we don't have a backup mod, but the mod is supposed to be back by Saturday.

And yes, reviving someone won't nesserily increase activity, yes, it's better than nothing.

I would switch my vote to Yossy, but it's already there.

Yos, if you're scum, count yourself lucky, because I really don't like doing this, but I feel I have to.

Unvote, Vote: Yosarian

I'm back. I'll talk to CdB about getting me a replacement, and until/if he does I'll stay as active as I can.

I'm not sure that Yb's suggestion is a good one because it rushes us through to Day 1, which is a potential loss for the town, but with the level of inactivity (I do realize I've been zero help in this department) I can understand where the suggestion came from.

If the other active players are ok with a Yos revival, I'll drop the hammer vote. I would like to see Zin be our next candidate for revival on day 0.5. I think he's done quite a bit towards getting discussion going, he's a good player, and his posts seem to be pro-town to me. I think he'd be an excellent candidate for pre-game revival.

I'm not saying we need to rush through day 0.5 when the thread reopens, I think we need all the discussion we can get. But I would like Zin to be a top consideration.

Thoughts?

Mod is back.

LML has requested replacement. I'll get on that, as well as lots of other prods for the inactive fools who are being inactive and foolish.

Vote Count will be in the next 24 hours.

Good sentiment. The game is stalled, and it seems that this may be the only option to get it going again.
