Open 29: C9+2 Mafia

At some point or another, pretty much everybody goes to live in the small town of Newbieville, despite its constant Mafia-related problems. Finally, thinking all had at last been settled, things started to calm down - you even got two new residents to move in, bringing the total population to nine after having been a constant seven for all those years.

But no sooner had you started to celebrate than it became apparently that the Mafia menace was about to strike again - you know what needs to be done as you've been here before. Lynch the Mafia before they kill you all!

You all gather around Honary Hitchhiker wondering why he didn't want to lynch anybody and putting pressure on him to answer your increasingly difficult questions. Suddenly Rishi drops a bombshell - he says he has seen Honary Hitchhiker around but he has avoided coming to the town square to talk to people... with that, Rishi decides he's had enough and casts the final vote required to lynch him.

Once he has been hung from the neck and is confirmed dead, you search his house and find a pistol, ammunition and a list of people he wants to try and get lynched.

As you rise, still excited from having successfully caught Honary Hitchhiker in the act, you feel invincible; it is as though you can take on the world. "Let's go get the next one", somebody shouts. "We can do this, nobody takes on

Then suddenly, a grave feeling hits you. You realise that

has not joined you. You go back to DeliciousGoldfish's house and see the body lying there, bullet holes through her chest and head. One of the braver town members decides to take her identification from her wallet. She was a townie, it seems.
