I'm trying to come up with a plan, but it pretty much banks on the mafia killing a certain person and ecto not being a SK. I'd rather one not count on these assumptions.

On that account, it's probable that the mafia can choose who targets who, and SC was the obvious choice to target since he was going to die/be watched anyway.

Ecto, just shoot tonight. Your alignment doesn't matter at this point, as long as it's non-mafia. In a 3- or 4-person endgame with one mafioso and an SK, the town is likely to win.

Honestly I had thought about shooting you. Who would be your target were you me, and why?

I just realised that if there was an sk and he was hit by the mafia during night then the town would still have a chance of winning. (We'd be at 3 with 1 mafia and two townies - which is actually not such a bad position to be in)

Well I just thought it is a bit weird to have a mafia godfather reigning over his one mafia minion, but if it happens it happens. I just thought it could help us to determine if there was two mafia or three in the game.

I would say that it's possible there is no SK at this point. If we accept Ecto's claim as true, then there aren't enough kills for there to be an SK. Also, I'm working on the assumption here that we have two mafia left, as it's safer to play it that way than to assume that we only have 1 left. Also, three mafia is by far the standard.

I would point out also that we are down to 6 alive: if we do have 2 scum left, we're in lylo. As such, it may be worth no lynching. If we do no-lynch, tomorrow we should mass-claim (who's left, btw? Simenon and myself (though I already as good as claimed today)).

Also, I think we need to mass flavour-claim.

The whole theory rests on Ecto being an sk.

Indeed. Either we have an SK who hasn't been killing, a mafia that isn't killing, Ecto SK or no SK. We have two dead doctors and a dead roleblocker, and no claimed role that blocks kills. So really, unless the Sk is playing a weird game, only Ecto can be the SK.

IIRC, he's been away a couple of days now, so you can factor that in, if you want.
