So apparently, Krem in DAI is a ftm trans. Probably the first incidence of a transgender character in a videogame not played for a joke. That's pretty cool.
One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.

I found out about this game last week after one of my friends saw it on reddit and holy shit it's like the most fun, competitive game I've played in a long time. The jist of it is, depending on your perspective, it's either Starcraft except without a map and turn based, or Magic the Gathering without the RNG or decks. It's an alpha and a kickstarter project(both of which make me highly skeptical), but the product they already have out is really fun.
At risk of sounding like a shill, the devs sent me two free alpha keys for being a 'valuable member of the community'(snicker).
If anyone wants to give it a shot, PM me!
EDIT: All out!

So, TALOS Principle is interesting enough. It's beautiful, it's fun enough, but I wouldn't say it's hard enough to keep the interest curve up. It's incredibly long for what it is.

Bummer. It's unfortunately a reality with mobos that they can ship DOA. I've had that happen on a few ASUS boards that otherwise performed excellently and I've got an Asrock in my PC at home that I never had trouble with. Is Newegg replacing it?
It blows my mind that Fata1ity has all these licensed computer components now - all I can associate him with is "Don't eat like a noob, eat Gamer Fuel!"

For the price it's asking....I dunno. Took me 11 hours, but I pushed through because of story. The gameplay gets pretty boring after about 5 hours. Also the final mission doesn't have good checkpointing, but does have an interesting progression method. I wouldn't say it's original Bioshock levels of thinking in there, but it's got some interesting ideas on the nature of humanity and consciousness. Unfortunately these never really come to completion and it leaves it feeling like you've just read someone's philosophy notes: Sure it was thought provoking but it won't actually change you.

Five Nights at Freddy's has a sequel, you could try that.
