How about instead of that, we get super drunk and play blackjack for 160 straight hours?
One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.

I'm probably hanging up my Magic cap for pretty much good(for now). The Pittsburgh community are pretty much all xenophobic.

They literally told me to go away to my face. Like, seriously.

There's a lot of things I could say about that, but all I really want to say is I'm sorry and that sucks.

Yeah, I don't know. I'm sure there's a good store somewhere here, but I've been to three of them now and the communities are all nor very welcoming.

Doing some brief research it seems like Mr. Nice Guy Games might be a good option.

Is that one of the ones you tried?

I've heard good things about them, yeah. It's a mostly function of distance due to the fact I only really reliable transportation two or three days a week and they're a good hour away.

went to a draft, opened 6 packs (3 for the draft, 3 for 2nd place.) In my draft packs, I opened a Flooded Strand.

In my 3 prize packs, I opened in order: Polluted Delta, Bloodstained Mire, Sorin, Solemn Visitor.

I've no idea of the exact value of everything, but apparently that's a lot of money to open for 1 draft.

Would be super fun I think.

Almost certainly going to be on vacation in the Caribbean that week(end) otherwise I'd be in.

How many people would it require for it to be at that cost?

As I discovered to my surprise with morphs, lands are colorless. So islands aren't blue.

Interestingly, if you animate a land in a way that doesn't colour it, you can actually equip it with Ghostfire Blade.

That ain't a curve, that's a brick. Also 16 lands for that setup makes me sad. That's an 18-land pool if I've ever seen one. Cut a Smite and either Scaldkin or Whirlwind Adept.

Unrelated, but have any of you guys tried Pucatrade? I think I'm hooked on it. Sent out two spare shocklands, a Keranos, a Craterhoof, and 2 Stoke the Flames, and gotten a bunch of Archangel Pod stuff in return (2 Orzhov Pontiffs, an Archangel, a Siege Rhino, 2 Scavenging Ooze, and a Windswept). Looking forward to going home for Christmas so I can scour the cards I have kicking around home and ship a bunch of stuff out. Hoping I can just go home at March Break with my full MTGO list in paper.
