Hello all. I think I've never played with any of you before except for IH (who was an IC in my very first game here), so it will be an interesting game.

I'm doing exams currently so my activity in the next 5 days may be a little low but I'll have loads of time from Thursday.

I've never played Vengeful before but I think the problem is we can't really 'bandwagon' someone with only 3 to lynch, can we? Then how do you get started with nothing to go on?

You are a townie. You have no special powers. However, because you are so very angry at scum, when you're lynched (do not ask me how you lynch when you don't have a pitchfork), you can vig someone. Just post in thread your target in bold, and you'll shoot them. You win either when all scum are killed, or you lynch the godfather.

As long as you remember you're joking, I don't see a problem. Seeing as IH is an experienced player, I don't think he will lose control. I bet my money on it that he was joking.

I think cmckinney is scum. My point (his question "how are we supposed to vig someone if we're all vanilla townies?") wasn't too big at first but I don't like it that he still hasn't replied to me or explained why he asked that question.

I don't know who his buddy is. I haven't spotted any pro-town behaviour from any of you yet so I haven't ruled anyone out yet.

Why are you asking this to me only? Why not to the rest of the town? And what do you think yourself?

Edit: Also, it's one slip-up. One slip-up, with no explanation afterwards (because cmckinney hasn't posted ever since). That does NOT warrant a lynch, though I do think that he is scum. There is always a chance that I'm wrong, and if I hammer wrongly, he would almost certainly vig me which would lose us the game.

I don't mean you have to be 100% sure before hammering, but there is too little to go on so far.

The thing is, if CMC is replaced, the replacement can never explain why CMC said that. That would mean we're back to square one.

OK, I think the most important word is "uncommittal". English is not my native language and I don't know the word, haven't found it in me English-Dutch dictionnary and haven't found it on dictionary.com, so I'm afraid your going to teach me some vocabulary now. In another game I read it as "uncommitted" so maybe I built an entire defense against something completely wrong which could be why my defense hasn't worked, lol.

If it does mean uncommitted: I'm not uncommitted. I've been trying to get this game running all the time, without ;e it would probably have been declared abandoned by now or something.

I don't think it screams scum, but whatever. I think I worded it badly. I was typing while thinking. My first thought: "joking is OK as long as you remember you're not being serious", so I type this out. My next thought is: "well, but joking can stall the game". This is a bit noncommittal, I must admit. I hadn't really made up my mind before posting.

And I don't mind throwing votes on too much, by the way, or not first votes anyway.
