Ignoring the first 3 pages, and ignoring the last 2 pages, can someone please articulate why the hell we want a Grib wagon? I've been waiting on that for pages now...

I do think insanity has a point on the fact that Grib may think Beck is dumb and not scum. I don't think Pine has a point with his willingness to hammer. And I certainly don't think BBT has a point on his apparent 'scumslip' early on.

Or are these the only reasons?

I was just about to say that the mod shouldn't need to provide fakeclaims since alignment =/= diet, but I checked my role PM again and I just noticed the flavour actually reasons out why I'm a townie carnivore, which is interesting.

Do you guys wanna do a mass flavourclaim?

I have a fleeting suspicion it may help us if it turns out there aren't fakeclaims, and I doubt scum will be able to out PRs with just dinosaur names.

If scum don't have fake-claims then I think it could be a good idea.

PEdit - He scum-slipped. Also, I agreed with Pine saying that he looked over-eager to hammer Beck and was seeking approval before he did so.

I agree that that Grib's intent to hammer was a bit shady (particularly if he though Beck was dumb instead of town) but I don't think he scum slipped.

While I don't think outing flavour names would be harmful, I also do not see what it manage to achieve.

My flavour provides a (semi) logical reason for why I'm a carnivore yet town. I think it's possible the more, ah, antagonistic dinosaurs are going to be the scum. Maybe people could paraphrase or quote a bit of their flavour paragraph as well

Why Grib is scum;

24 - Set-up speculation. I find that scum like to speculate on set-up because they have that little bit more information than town and can manipulate town in this way.

240 - His vote on Scripten. He just jumped wagons with no reasoning at all other than 'I'll wait for everyone else to think BBT is scum'

254 - Somebody pointed this out but I can't remember who it was. He states he thinks me and Scripten are 'unaligned pairs'. Reeks of inside information.

528 - The intent to hammer. The last sentence is worded weirdly and doesn't sit right with me. Usually, people state intent to hammer and the person who is going to be hammered has time to respond and everyone else has time to react to that response. Grib merely gives people a 'handful of posts' before he plans on hammering.

537 - This was pointed out by somebody else as well. He looks like he wants to hammer Beck to 'shut him up' and because he wants him to 'stop being dumb'.

If you look at Grib's ISO, he has done very little scum-hunting. He has either tunneled on me or he has been arguing with Beck. He hasn't engaged with many other people unless they have initiated the conversation.

Dammit, never mind, ArcAngel usually gives fakeclaims in her modded games. Legit ones at that. So this is probably pointless.

On the Grib case, your points seem valid but I can definitely see a town-Grib just fed up with Beck and wanting to lynch him ASAP. The hammering point just seems like confbias, IMO. Actually, same with the wagonhopping; that's very much not a scumtell.
