ok, the only thing weird about mantis's words when discussing with you was the "nika i would have killed you by now, you know how bad my scumgame is" thing Day 2 I think. made me feel she's super-aware of her meta

if she is aware that she is typically lurky in the psat and wants to win here, she can just be very straightforward with you for an extended period of time.

mantis has been really lurky (even during the day where she was king), and from past games she's typically busy IRL even as town so can get lurky/inactive for periods, and given the short deadlines here IDK about that. those are my thoughts.

she has used a lot of POE here too, what do you think of that?

fyi if its not obvious already, i want to know who the hero is right now, so i have a 50% shot, not a 33.33333% shot at executing correctly.

but i was just really burned out tbh, however
his iso is just so all over the place D1, and then the aggressive start just withered as the game went on. i mean not finding anything to say D2 was a huge red flag. Ugh. So yeah, which makes it even more important to whittle it down to 2 suspects.

my reads changed when i re-evaluated for nazarene being town. i was certain he was scum after his posts at the end of the day yesterday so his death turned the game on its head for me.

why did you not like his posts at the end of the day where he called for your execution and defended mantis in the event of his death? was something wrong with his case on you that you haven't clearly explained your reads?

even maxous suspected you after execution, so you going "you shouldnt execute me unless you can explain WIFOMy night actions" is weird. Scum are just as likely to kill someone to create WIFOM, or to take out someone who suspects themselves. So the Naz-alive/dead argument is totally null. But you aren't treating it that way...

specifically, i disliked how he was talking in qualifiers about the upcoming night. like... "if i die, blah blah blah." their death should really have nothing to do with their reads, and looked to only serve the purpose to make themselves look like a "possible kill target".

@mantis: because i'm not really interested in playing this out if quinoa is scum. if he is scum then he can just execute me for the win.

nah, lurkiness isn't solved by self-awareness; since it's caused by a lack of wanting to play the game at all, a person who is lurky as scum won't bother putting in the effort to not look like scum.
