And on a more productive note, I'd find Glork's slip-up more scummy if I hadn't nearly done it myself several times. Also, I agree with his analysis to the extent that I simply don't think he's scum.
I'll try to be more substantive with my posts, but having to actually do work at work will be hampering my ability to do so."You might very well think that; I couldn'tpossiblycomment."-

Why does everyone keep up with this mantra of me acting 'deliberately scummy'? What kind of fucked-up groupthink is this? Earlier in the game, I voted Guardian and refused to give a reason for itthis alone is not scummy, and whoever says so is lying to you. Anything else you find scummy, you shouldvoteme for, because I wasn't doing it on purpose.

HH, YB is my buddy. Sorry? He could be scum. I hope he's town. I think he's town. ;\.
I could move my vote onto Schteven, I did a quick re-read of his posts and at this point he could definitely be lurker scum... To be honest my scumdar needs some upgrades though :\.Do not lynch me.

Out of curiousity, did you notice at 11:30 pm that Glork's post was made at essentially the same time as mine, so it's entirely possible that he did not seem my post when he made his?johhan wrote:Without anyone else bothering with it, just MoS FoSing anyone who tries to press him on it premptively, I would have expected town to drop it at that. I think that Battle Mage is town. I haven't seen any real indication that his play this game is significantly different from any other in which he has turned up town."You might very well think that; I couldn'tpossiblycomment."-

smack: anyone FOSing/voting me for voting Glork
This is a game of words. When someone uses a particular word you do not ASSUME they meant to use another word. You prod and poke and see if the story they give checks out. Scum make mistakes when they're tired, and "typos" are absolutely NOT a nonexistent scumtell. lrn2play.dialing in mildly protown reads since 2006-

No, MBL. In my experience, they areentirelytoo unreliable to be counted on as a tell. The way in which a player reacts can be telling, but the typo/slip itself... not so much.-

I did notice, but it's not relevant to my argument. My point was that nobody else had prodded him on it. He wasn't under any more pressure than he was on post 709.Mastermind of Sin wrote:

I know, I've already said I think the typo was just that, a typo. It's the reaction I'm voting him for.Jack wrote:Anyone who is tired can make a typo like that.

Not as much as I would have had you guys not derailed.
I confirmed that MoS is kneejerk this game, and Glork's reaction was different than I expected, and that johann may have invented some reasoning, and that you for some inexplicable reason think I'm the best place for your vote right now.dialing in mildly protown reads since 2006-

Er... I was voting Guardian earlier. My switch to Shteven is what caused this whole hoopla.
