I'm getting a read that says lynching NPAU could be a mistake. It would be a bad thing to fully explain this read now, but I don't want to leave the vote at L-2. If I'm wrong and the read does not develop further, it is easy enough to get back on.

Scripten & Huntress, how strong are your NPAU reads? How do you feel about uctritron and Shinobi?

Finished reviewing things and I couldn't develop that nagging doubt into anything more concrete. That is to say, the things I had seen which generated the doubt did not resolve into a better scum read on someone else. I'd still like to have these answers though.

Why are you nitpicking at the fight between uct and me? It looks and feels like you're trying to spread doubt because you didn't really draw any conclusions about what you were speculating on. What are your reads on us?

That said, my readslist currently stands here:
Town (L>G): Huntress, Malakittens, Josh_B, Peabody, BlueBloodedToffee, Scripten
Null (T>S): Shinobi, ucitron00, dave
Scum (G>L): Metal Sonic, nopointinactingup, hephaestus

My minor problems with the two of you are outweighed at this point by dave with his heavy-handed hinting here, and still more by my much harder scumreads on others; I wouldn't be interested in a lynch on either of you at this stage.

MS jumping off is definitely a mind fuck. Looking back, his posts seem to suggest that he didn't really expect that wagon to take off so while I wouldn't expect someone to hard bus their scum partner D1 for no reason, it might be naive to disregard that possibility altogether

@GM, in your read list you have Town L->G ans Scum G->L. What do L and G mean? Least and Greatest would fit but it would be strange to me to put them in that order.
Most significantly, which is most scummy for you, NPAU or MS?

Because if you're town and think you have caught scum, why even think of replacing out? If you're town and think you're right about town, you'd stay to play the next day and catch the scum on the wagon.

Now, is NPAU really the right target? I think, without looking back, that a lot of the case was on inactivity, which is really easy to target.
Don't get me wrong, it's not clear that NPAU is town either. If we've been led astray then go for the perp, and if the case is valid then we lynch and evaluate based on the flip.

There was a lot more than inactivity against him.

I had an early twinge about NPAU which I explained in 48 and the scummy feeling I've been getting from his posts has continued. He has also been dropping votes around and making stuff up to justify them. See particularly our exchanges re: his vote on me, and his second vote on GM when he put her at L-1 in 634. His third point there is not true and the other points are sketchy.

Re: uctritron and Shinobi nothing has changed since 870 apart from the fact that uctritron hasn't yet answered my questions from that post which gives me a bit of a bad vibe, but he's a distant third at the moment.

When a player pool is collectively deciding to not participate or take a side then it's inactivity and that's how you let scum win

He'll if Shinobi is town then it's in my meta I'm totally willing to admit I'm wrong but that's neither here nor there because I think I'm right but would at least like outside opinions

To answer your 870. The one vote bothers me because it didnt look backed up at all (I know Shinobi goes "yeah look at post number blah blah", because if it was a genuine vote, Town would have zero problem reiterating it when challenged. Simply put, if you're a townie and you have an idea, you easily spit it out and share your logic when someone asks. Shinobi decided to go "I don't explain anything" and is now trolling along because he knows he has 0 outside pressure, which I'm applying for people to put.

My early scum read came from a catch up when I was joining the game. Did you want me to go over them?

It is least and greatest. They're in that order because they're in that order.

Sonic is scummier. If I thought npiau was scummier why would I still be voting Sonic?
