I would say multi-sanity cop is unlikely in the normal game... I might even say SF is fake-claiming to throw us in a wild goose chase. I would say SK is a more buyable option. What makes me suspicious is this is a safe-claim too, bnecause if we take Streeflo's word and lynch bird, then he could just get away by saying "oh whoops, I might be insane cop then".

I'm pretty sure someone2 is sane, leaving me with paranoid. It seems slightly more likely than someone2 being naive and me being insane.

Multi-sanity mini games are not common, although not unheard of.

Yes, Someone2 is most certainly scum, and we need to get rid of him, but if we get rid of the SK, we'll have more time to kill mafiosos.

I wouldn't make it that easy, obviously. I've only targeted a few specific people, all of whom I believe to be scum or the SK.

This is a bit WIFOMy, but if I were the SK, I would be trying to get people to forget about the SK, saying that it's more important to focus on other people. I wouldn't be confronting people for ignoring the SK. (In case it's not completely obvious, I've just described what Streeflo has been doing.)

OK guys, I was writing a nice big post friday afternoon, which I then had to get rid of sharpish when my boss came round. Couldn't post over the w/e (see V/LA) so I'll just summarise here.

What I find suspect is that you went after Someone2 really hard, acting like you didn't believe a word of it, when he was an un-counterclaimed cop. It just doesn't make sense to lynch a claimed cop immediately without counterclaim. Then there

@ Raffles: You appear to be not really paying attention. Bird is dead already. I'm also starting to get a little suspicious of the way in which you seem to be staying in the background.

With regard to the cop claims: I believe someone2. I'm entirely unconvinced by Streeflo, for the following reasons:

If he's insane and not paranoid, that means we have two cops with useful investigations, which on top of the mason group and the certainty of one of doc/vig/roleblocker (because there was one kill night one, and two night two) means an overpowered town, unless there's also a scum Flying Pumpkin That Shoots Lasers Outta Its Ass role or something.

If Streeflo doesn't come up with a useful result soon, the conclusion will be that he's either lying or paranoid- and bear in mind, as a paranoid cop doesn't produce useful results, it shouldn't protect any more than a townie claim (a little less actually, as it's more useful for scum).

Add this to my earlier comments about why I think Streeflo doesn't look like he's been playing as cop the whole game, and I'm profoundly sceptical.

I'd personally propose giving Streeflo one more night, to see if he finds a goon, and if not I think I'll be pushing his lynch tomorrow. I strongly recommend someone2 DOES NOT investigate Streeflo tonight. I'd say the advantage of this plan is that if Streeflo is scum, then he has the choice tomorrow of signing his own death warrant or bussing his buddy.

I'm very hard to convince of claims. I'll never believe something that isn't logical. Therefore, when Someone2 claimed, I didn't simply assume that it was the truth; I challenged it until it was... *ahem* proven.

I don't see the point of letting scum live another day. Streeflo's claim is bad.

Since when has a SK ever had investigative power. Usually SKs get one-shot death immunity, investigation immunity, or nightkill immunity. Not all 3, and certainly not roleblocking, protection, or investigation powers.

At present I have no internet connection. This was unplanned, and though I do get the occaisional bit of time at university, and the 15 mins of wireless my laptop picks up a day, it's not really enough to play a mafia game.

That said, I get home in four days time, and then I have full access, and then I'll be able to be pretty much as active as I've ever been. If I'm going to be replaced, fair enough, it's not like I don't deserve it.
