I read posts from top to bottom, and within a line, left to right (as is typical). Votes are counted in the order they're read. It's impossible to hammer two people at the same time because votes that occur after the hammer are not counted.

So in short, the "hammer" highest up in the post would count.

The fact that 6-7 (if NM is scum) mislynches are on Notmafia's list seems suspicious; looking at past versions of this, though, it's also fairly common for people to RVS vote everyone.
