Maybe. But they were on the wagon BEFORE the mason claim (Kagami, AD, Molla), so not sure if she was trying to dislodge bussers or dislodge everyone.

@Majiffy, This puppet mechanic is new as well. So we cannot rule it out. Combining your balance issue (scum tracked to nonkill seems unfair) with Kagami being the only puppet with shut off valve makes sense.

@ActionDan, A wagon on Day 1 is all town is rare enough...to have an all town wagon on scum Day 1 is near impossible. To find scum we should look at sudden jumps. BBMolla fits that bill.

As far as Neil + Venmar/Penguin Alien are concerned I can easily see one of them being scum. Flavor nowithstanding. Without flavor being confirmed to them, you could have some scum neighbor with an ability wherein they don a disguise (something like shippo's ability) or maybe even remote control someone.
Out of Majiffy and notscience, possibly a scum there. I'd guess Majiffy over notscience because notscience started with a shard.

Honestly the most likely scum candidates on leminstake are probably SQ and Muffin if there are. With Muffin being a favorite for scum in between them.

The point is that the potential is there, and at least to me, it isn't that hard to see.
