FWIW, I find Guardian's later posts to be mildly disturbing myself.

Also, for the most part, BT did get the gist of the point I was trying to make. I suppose I should qualify/clarify what I meant about speculation on nightkills.
When it is the leading/only discussion or source of suspicion, I find it to be inherently scummy -- there are way too many factors which can go into determining how a player or a scumgroup chooses a kill. Heck, sometimes (me as Godfather in Caddyshack) an N1 kill can be chosen entirely at random. So
in and of itself, speculation on who would have incentive to kill somebody is not very useful.

That said, even in light of other evidence, it's not always reliable. (Yes, I'm downplaying my own point here, to a small extent.) BUT... the reason that I feel Albert's case is exceptional is because of his lamentation over the deaths. Jeep's common scumtells reflects this. (Though it is erroneously listed as a Day 2+ Tell -- I believe this is because Day Start used to be the norm, and so it was impossible to have this tell on D1.) I meant to emphasize
this
point, but it may have come out wrong, and Jack seems to want to harp on the "and he said he thought they were good" comment.

Mostly he joked around with Glork for a couple of pages, after that he doesn't like BM and thinks YB is noob town. I don't really see anything convincing or unconvincing about that. I am more suspicious of YB than he is and less suspicious of BM than he is, but not following the same scum trails that he sees doesn't make him scum. He's a Grey Man to me; I certainly wouldn't state that "Guardian plus X are both scum, I am content with catching 2 on day 1."

What exactly do you mean by parroting two players?

So was it interesting or was it scummy? Last post you emphasized that you hadn't said it was scummy only interesting, now you say you pointed it out because it's a scum tell. But if it's a scum tell then it would have been scummy. You're backtracking.

@Billy: the rest of glork's case doesn't concern me. I said nothing about it.

It's a scumtell, but I am not supremely confident in its reliability. Still, I wanted to bring it up because there are other things about Albert which I do find scummy.

actually I misread on that part, you did say it was a scum tell before saying it was interesting. I'm still finding you scummy but I'm lacking anything concrete so

Okay, I'm a bit fried, but Guardian seems the most scummy here. (and too many people beat me to saying it.) YB too, but he is in a lot of newbie games, and I vaguely remember him being new.

So:
Vote: Guardian
and
FoS: YB

I'm still here, been following along, but haven't seen anything to make me change my vote. Glork seems overly defensive at times, but not enough to warrant anything from me. I'm keeping an eye on who's on the albert bandwagon, since i think he's scum but also find several of those voting for him suspicious.

OK, my bad, you don't request death, only come close to it by insinuating that it was enivitable and getting all accepting of it and saying that you'd hate to be the remaining pro town players.

...

If you aren't the play for today, Albert indeed looks like an ok play, as does YB. I would not be upset with putting some pressure on Glork, too, his extreme defensiveness was odd for me. Although he did defend me earlier <3.
Bolding mine.

BattleMage, that wasn't my post, that was YB's. You are just throwing accusations around.

BM is looking really really really scummy to me.

If anyone wants to ask me any questions about my posts feel free to, I honestly don't see more of an attack on me than 'he feels scummy'.
I also feel that my pbpa was mostly ignored.

What?

Even if you disagree his comment makes sense. For mafia it is clearly not better to get lynched than claim vanilla, So that comment indicates townieness. I disagree with MBL because you could still make that comment while being unsure of Albert's aligment, making the comment on the off chance he was town for example.

Your vote is poor.

TCS's vote is on Albert.

If you think Albert is scum, then you don't tell him "u shuldnt claim vanilla", you tell him "BS". If you know Albert is town (because you're scum), you feel comfortable chiding him for being a townie who just made a bad play.
