Ok, I feel like some of the arguments here are talking around each other instead of addressing points so for a moment, I will attempt to get a few direct responses and respond to a few things...

Jordan: Please respond to this, explain this to me...
I wrote:
Jordan wrote: So far, I see our main suspects as Teffc and Lowell.
Soo... the main suspects are the two with the second and third most votes? I will concede that I don't like Teffc's posts at all but why is Ryan being given a pass?
Lowell: Please respond to these....
I wrote:
Lowell wrote:
That summary of Aimee's makes me weirdly suspcious, but I'm not sure why. M'eh.
Please explain how... I actually really liked the summary, a lot of the comments were spot on...
And
I wrote:
Lowell wrote: Wait, do I still have someone's random vote on me? Screw this:

unvote, vote OTU. I can OMGUS with the best of them.
Okay... I don't get this one Lowell, why revert to an OMGUS on someone who hasn't posted once since their random vote?
Now I read a lot of your other actions as seraching for reactions and have defended them but please explain these...

Now to respond to Ryan's case against Lowell: First of all, thank you for putting that together, it consolidated many of the scattered complaints against him and is easy to read.
Lowell wrote: unvote, vote Trustgossp to bandwagon a newbie and make him crack.

How's this, just tell us your scumbuddies and I'll let you live.
Okay come on... This is obviously (I think, please feel free to mock me for being a moron and fooled by this scum tactic) a joke and a light=hearted way to hop on a bandwagon... Not scummy IMO....

WHY would you bandwagon a potential townie? I'm not sure I like your tactics

My apologies. That bandwagon was totally unnecessary. unvote, vote ryan. FEEEAAR me...
This one actually made me LOL... = ) I mean you react defensively (hmm... I wonder if he was lookign for reactions there....) and he hops over to you... HE didn't freak out he made (what I found to be quite funny) a joke....And was hunting scum while he did it...

His "Good post" post may have been premature to call HH town but I thought HH made a fair point about the purpose of bandwagons....

I agree with you about questioning his response to Aimee's summary, which is why i have asked him about it... If he chooses not to respond again, then we have an issue with that...

The next post which you quote is very interesting to me.... I have serious questions about why when either you or Jordan is seriously suspected, the other comes in to defend you, there are several like that and I have asked Jordan about them... I will ask you as well, why do you think you and jordan seem to back each other up so much and does it make you at all suspicious?

This all being said I know that it is not customary to defend another person, however, I see the Lowell bandwagon as not holding water and wanted to point out what I found to be flaws in the reasoning behind it. Please feel free to pick apart my posts, I expect questions and will answer them.

Lowell is scum, no two ways about it, his posts have been scummy all the way. Teffc isn't far behind for obvious reasons.

But I've, on the whole, agreed with Ryan's opinions, especially about Lowell=Scum. His posts have been full of content and say to me he's actively looking for scum. Also, the reason for his initial bandwagon was poor and started by Lowell.

Therefore, Ryan (for now) is given a pass.

Hopefully, I'll do a full assesment of what I think tommorow when I'm not feeling so tired.

Sweenytodd: I've been pretty obvious about my Lowell suspicions for awhile as has Jordan, two townies submitting claims on one person isn't scummy and it isn't a bad thing, it's two people trying to find the scum and obviously coming to some of the same conclusions, nothing more, nothing less. I'll be honest, I think Jordan is town and he hasn't done anything (as of now) that makes me suspicious. Lowell started a bandwagon on me and for others in this thread not to have noticed makes me wonder

This is a transformers game?

Once again Ryan has misinterpreted a post. I am not suddenly lynch-happy. I was merely pointing out that lynch-2 is nto nearly as dangerous as people are stating.

I find it interesting that still no one cares to state the case for Teffc.

FraggleScum (teffc) has three votes and I don't understand why. More than a few people were whining about the replacement, so there's obviously some serious interest in a lynch. This is what I got from the last four pages, so I'd rather that people just explain their votes.

Right, here's what I think:

Scum: Lowell
FraggleScum

IGMEOY: Primoris

Still think that post of yours a few pages ago was suspicious, and now you're borderline Lurking, post more or this may be upgraded.

Town for now:
Aimee
HackerHuck
Albert
Ryan

Aimee's summary and subsequent posts have been very pro-town, and HackerHuck I think has been very active in trying to catch scum, even though I think he has the wrong guy at the moment. And I don't think scum would have the sort of posting restriction Albert has.

Lurking and needs a good prod : deezr and OTU

What do you mean why?! I've already given loads of reasoning for Lowell (why isn't he dead yet?), and FraggleScum was Teffc, who looked like a newbie who couldn't handle a scum role.

I don't feel special not being on Jordan's list = (... Lowell as long as you are here and posting, or were here rather, please respond to my questions in post #175 at the top of the page. I don't like Albert's post restriction as it is tough on him and makes him post less... I would like to hear more from him.... Hey Jordan, any reason for this:
And I don't think scum would have the sort of posting restriction Albert has.
I can't think of why any of us would be post restricted.. Especially if it's just one person so I am suspicious of it...

I find Alberts post restriction very odd as well, but, would you really post like he's doing without a restricion?

I just don't think that scum would have a poetry type posting restriction. If he is scum, it's either very WIFOM, or he's a Mafia Restriction Faker, and I doubt we have one of those.

I said "I can't think of why any of us would be post restricted?" because I was trying to think of a poetic Maximal to fit the flavor of the game... It strikes me as odd that one of us would have a post restriction like his without being flavor related so I am sure it is and I just miss the connection... And no, I don't like it... I don't like any restriction that makes it tough to consistently post because I like to read posts from a lot of people...

unvote Fraggle/Teffc
... hi!

Jordan and Ryan, what is involved in your case against Lowell, ignoring a few jokey posts? Have you thought that this is maybe Lowell's playstyle at all?

And what about Fraggle? You understand he can't justify any of Teffc's actions at all, and should be judged - almost - independently from Teffc, although granted, Teffc's actions still have some bearing.

So to conclude - what's your case?

Will I survive all the fights and the darkness?
Trouble sparks, they tell me home is where the heart is, dear departed
For multiple years, witness peers catch gunshots
Nobody cares, seen the politicians ban us
They'd rather see us locked in chains, please explain
why they can't stand us, is there a way for me to change?
Or am I just a victim of things I did to maintain?

Just look back through mine and Lowells posts and you'll find all the evidence you need to see him as scum.

As for Fraggle, what do you mean he should be judged independently from Teffc? They're the same player, Teffc couldn't handle the scum role, why should we ignore this when judging Fraggle?
