You would have to ask Klaz, he was the last owner/operator of Vanilla. I do not have within my possession any backups of the most recent vanilla map, nor have they ever been hosted on a machine I had access to.

We have no access to any of the Vanilla Server's files, unfortunately - including the backups made.

PytoHost is well and truly dead. All the server nodes I can see are offline with an error (including ours), they tweeted within the last month about sending some customers to an LA-based hosting company (but didn't explain why) and I'm not receiving a response from their support team on any of our issues.

Klaz and I have created a Modded Server for our own use on Minecraft 1.7.x and it's with a new hosting service called "Exile Servers". What we've done is take advantage of what they call their "Minecraft Cloud" service where we essentially buy an amount of memory and can put as many physical servers in that space as we can realistically fit. I'd been planning on shrinking and buffing the amount of memory in our personal server and using the leftovers for events for the community if people would be interested...

But another thing I could do is section of a chunk for a new Vanilla Server. This wouldn't

necessarily

require donations but they'd be appreciated and it would increase the amount of memory we would have to work with in general for events going on at the same time that Vanilla is online. If people are interested let me know, no other questions are up for discussion right now. No version talk, none of that; just look at the poll and let me know what you think.

The reason I went off at that comment dav, is you may have missed it, on the vanilla server ETL rage'd when me and rhino put down a 1-high 1-wide cobblestone line across where we were proposing to start the communal city, and we didn't realize it cut through her "claimed area" and instead of telling us when we asked "is this OK?" a simple "hey bro, thats where i was planning on building something, could you move it this/that way and out of that area please?" she raged at us for days because of a single line of cobblestone it took me 3 minutes with a pickaxe to remove the nest day.

So when I mentioned I'd be in for a new server, she made a jab at me by saying I'd leave a cobblestone line in klaz's backyard.
