Yes, I understand that was what he was trying to say.
I agree that this is good as a supplemental argument. As in "He did something really scummy, so he is scum. He also did a very townish thing, but it was just in order to look town, and so he is still scum."
But it isn't that good as the main accusation, you see, as in "He did a very townish thing, but it was just in order to look town, and so he is scum."

Bob700's lynch is quite a good lynch, considering information, but it's too early, I think. We do need long days, and as long as there is good discussion, Day 1 should be extended.

I find him very scummy, though I'm not as sure he's scum as I am that you are. I subscribe to lynch all liars (with a couple of minor caveats), but even if LAL didn't exist, lying is still a huge scumtell, as is trying a WIFOM argument to justify it.

Just posting to say I'm still here. Nothing to share at this point, continue your arguing (for the fortieth time) about the repercussions of Primate's "white lie".

I still think it got the town started, and that isn't enough evidence to lynch Primate based on that alone.

Personally, I think we should move past the Primate issue, for now. We are under a deadline, and I may move my vote to Bob700. I am not convinced. Practically no evidence for her actions, or reasoning. Now, he has moved onto mindlessly agreeing with the Fonz, perhaps as an attempt to avoid suspicion. But I am still suspicious.
