Love this game, my highest rank was 9 in...Test Season 3 I think it was? Still play it often (used to play it daily, but then Mario Kart 8 began existing).

My personal favorite deck is Bloodlust Shaman. Slow and steady wins the race.

I finally decided to dip into ranked after farming the arena for packs a little bit.

Im 7-0 in ranked with my priest deck so far. Step aside bitches.

This deck is so slow but so damn amazing. I've only lost like twice in the past 20 games or so.

Spoiler: Deck I'm Currently Using

1 mana:

2x Earth Shock (silences and deals 1 damage to a minion)
2x Lightning Bolt (3 damage, overload 1)
2x Rockbiter Weapon (give a friendly character +3 attack until the end of this turn)
2x Argent Squire (1/1, divine shield)

2 mana:

1x Stormforged Axe (2/3 weapon, overload 1)
1x Kobold Geomancer (2/2, spell power +1) <--This would be Bloodmage Thalnos (1/1, spell power +1, draw a card on death) if I had it
2x Flametongue Totem (0/3, gives adjacent minions +2 attack)

3 mana:

2x Feral Spirit (summons 2 2/3 taunters, overload 2)
2x Hex (turns a minion into a 0/1 taunt)
2x Lightning Storm (2-3 damage AoE, overload 2)
1x Mana Tide Totem (0/3, draws a card at the end of each turn)
2x Unbound Elemental (2/4, gains +1/+1 every time you play a card with overload)

4 mana:

1x Gnomish Inventor (2/4, draws a card on entry)
2x Violet Teacher (3/5, summons a 1/1 every time you cast a spell)

The singleton Big Game Hunter is supposed to be a Bloodmage Thalnos (legendary, 2 mana 1/1, spell damage +1 & deathrattle draw a card), but I don't have one. I've been messing around with various replacements - Kobold Geomancer (spell +1), Novice Engineer (2 mana 1/1battlecry draw a card), Commanding Shout (2 mana, your minions can't be reduced below 1hp this turn, draw a card), Shield Block (3 mana +5 armor draw a card), Warsong Commander (3 mana 2/3, your minions with 3 or less atk have charge)... could also be a second Execute/Cleave/Arathi Weaponsmith. Wild Pyromancer could maybe even work (2 mana 3/2 whenever you cast a spell deal 1 to all minions).

Currently trying out BGH because:
1) fuck legendary.deck Druids
b) fuck Freeze Mage's Alexstraza
III) FUCK LEGENDARY.DECK DRUIDS (also w/ Inner Rage/Taskmaster it can kill an enemy minion with 5 or 6 atk which is a cute combo)

really fun deck though, I'd recommend it. and it's relatively cheap since the only rares are Drake/Argent/whatever one-of you want to toss in over a Bloodmage if you don't have one.

also I opened an Archmage Antonidas last night (7 mana 5/7, when you cast a spell, 'draw' a Fireball spell (4 mana 6 damage)).

sadly I don't have the cards necessary to play ExpensiveMageControl.deck (bloodmage, alexstraza, etc... but I have one Doomasayer and two Blizzards?) but I'm sure I can find some cheapish deck to throw this in.

You probably have literally all of that except Thalnos

Is it possible to get more than 2 copies of a card (which would be useless)?

Can some cards only be acquired through crafting?

Do pack distributions guarantee a certain amount of rarities per pack?

Why do I always lose to warlock decks?
