Also, OH MY GOD BANISHED!!!! THAT GAME IS AMAZING!!! http://store.steampowered.com/app/242920/ so addicting. It's like a super dumbed down dwarf fortress mimic that actually is fun and easy enough to understand, and SO ADDICTING.

but my people always starve in year 8/9
The game looks interesting enough when I was researching it, but I'm waiting for it to go on sale... because you can always get games cheaper than what their normal price is... eventually.
I feel like some of the hours on this are pretty off. Like I spent way more than 33m on Football Manager 2011.

Just was wondering if anyone else was playing and wanted to join a mafiascum clan or anything (or even if we already had one). If anyone doesn't know about it, its actually a fun little "free" strategy game for iOS and Android. Gameplay is pretty basic and simple. Its kinda similar to a game like Travian (if you know of that one) in the way you spend resources and time on building and upgrading, but the gameplay is much different. You design the layout of your own village to best defend from attacks, and when you attack you place troops where you like to exploit the enemy's defenses (or lack of). Theres IMO a lot of strategy in how you set up your base and deploy troops to attack.
Its pretty fun so far. Its been out for a while. The TV commercial I've been seeing a lot lately is pretty cool:
(I think thats the right one I'll check when I get home)
God I wasted so much time on Travian. I started playing that game my 1L year of law school and showed it to a few friends. If you stood in the back of the classroom, you could see a half dozen people with timers counting down. In the end, I realized it was just so soul sucking, though not before wasting a year (and "winning" the game).
That's really neat, BUT
I have a lot of other work to do, AND
If you get them all, you just get "invited" to LA to make the "final round" of hiring, which isn't very strong at all, AND
Various places have already aggregated locations for everything, so that's kind of poopaf frific, SO
I'm not even trying.
Kudos to you if you finish and become like ruler of Google though.
There will be no kisses tonight
There will be no holding hands tonight
'Cause what is now wasn't there before and should not be

I guess the couple of questions I would ask on that are whether you've had steam online the entire time you've played the game. I believe with some it's possible to play the game without having steam on at all, and I don't think it has any means to count the time unless you're actually on steam and online.
Given that the account is both mine and Sotty's 47% unplayed is very high. Been actively working to bring that number down, but I also notice that the list isn't entirely accurate as I'm seeing some games offhand that it's classified as not played that I know for a fact I have actually played.

Easily worth full price (in my opinion). Glad I bought it.
all but one game in my steam library was purchased in the last year fwiw
I didn't start using it seriously until last summer 'cause of extreme boredom also because I don't pay attention and didn't know how insane steam sales are
So you're not THAT late :V
All of my games are from the last 20 minutes. Don't know how I racked up so much time on them...
One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.
screw your statistics, the FTL Advanced update thing is out
The main version ate up so much time and was so good until I had played enough to run out of new choices, really hope the new stuff will still be as good
I played it like 3 or 4 times and got to the final boss ship on easy but got obliterated by it so.
Then I lost interest I guess.
I don't tend to enjoy roguelikes much is most of the problem.
